My childhood. I probably watched this 50 times as a kid; my parents donated it years ago and I've been scouring the Internet trying to find it ever since. Thank you so much for this upload.

Good workhorse for the middle segment. Saw lots of use in visualization and the games industry, some limited for broadcast(LW already dominated that), very little use in film due to its limited renderer.
Everything is still triangles during rasterization. You could model quads and n-gons back then in 3DS, LW, SI and Alias, but the ability to render those correctly varied from tool to tool.

update?
I forgot how fun it was to render in 3DS in DOS. It was an exciting time and a nice upgrade from AutoShade.
I don’t think a 3DS emulator will run under DOS 😂

I feel Classic CN Johnny Quest vibes here. Cute 3d stuff. Nostalgic.
Cringe redditor found
I don't get it.

33:49 Did you know Autodesk tried to trademark the term “Cyberspace”?
Now I'm wondering if the Tim Miller at 14:15 is the same Tim Miller that is the head of Blur Studios and directed Deadpool.
