But when has that not been an issue lol. I still run em. My build was similar to this, just different intentions. I am glad Breeze is back to being useful.

Arvind SGU zombies are amazing I also play that deck. You don't really even need handtraps either and doomking can negate them anyways then banish a monster if you have two copies on board

Its a standard Normal Summon. Elphin The Raven is NOT worded the same way as Simoon, and by extension, the Yosenju cards. In the past, people would use Double Summon to get the additional Normal Summon of Elphin The Raven just to trigger Black Whirlwind, something that no optimal Blackwing deck will ever do now.

Problems Near You it’s a little different, but the “Yosenju” Kama monsters allow you to normal summon a monster with their effects which doesn’t count as their normal summon for the turn (the effect wouldn’t work otherwise).
I always went second. That way I could already use my hand traps, but didn't run the risk of my opponent doing anything shady to my monsters during his turn. It also gave me the opportunity of already using DAD's effect on his cards, thus opening him up for an OTK. However, as you probably noticed, I didn't play with the deck used in this video.

HRD Abyss isn't as great of a card as you might think. Sure, its a solid option, but in higher events, where Electric Virus is sided in, its VERY easy to snatch Hot Red Dragon Abyss from you, and use it against you, including using it as Link material. I'd rather focus on a r4 Dark and R6 Dark XYZ engine here. Just so I don't autolose to such side options.

1.simoon is not in addition to your normal/set summon so it still takes up your normal summon. they suck.
