I love this and I admit I'm awful at using empowering questions! I love the dry erase idea on the bathroom mirror. I know exactly what I want to work on!!! ✨

So glad you're taking action! Even a little bit of consistent work with empowering questions can make a big difference.

I think that any question formed in a positive way triggers positive outcomes,

love that you're thinking that way! It's absolutely true that a question posed positively can make all the difference. What's an example of a question you're working with?

@MikeMandelHypnosis why I am so intelligent, why I am so incredibly lucky, why do I always find solutions, why I am blessed 🥰

When you seek answers from the subconscious mind; are you limited to only what’s currently stored in there? Or do you believe in the concept the subconscious mind taps into a universal mind for example? Also, what is your opinion on not thinking about the how (when setting a goal ) and just letting your subconscious mind figure it out? Can I trust my subconscious mind to figure out the how for me?

Great questions! Your subconscious mainly works with stored memories and patterns, but it’s also great at making new connections and insights that can feel like higher wisdom. While there’s no proof of a universal mind, many experience deep intuition that seems beyond personal memory.
As for the how, yes-trust your subconscious! Give it a clear goal, and it will work in the background to find solutions. If you can’t trust your own mind, whose can you trust? 😊

Thank you so much for clarifying all this for me! The subconscious is so fascinating and very good point 😀

Tell me if I took this empowering question too far...
"As I continue to improve my Coaching business,
What else will I do today to sign up more happy, paying clients?"
"What more will I do today to continue to feel & be wealthier,
while I enjoy the growth of my Coaching business?"

Hey, those are both really interesting and powerful questions! It's great that you're thinking about how to frame your goals in such a positive and expansive way. It's definitely a skill to develop. I can't really say if it's "too far," since it seems more like you're pushing your own edge and seeing what's possible. What do you think about these? Do they feel good to you?

@@MikeMandelHypnosis The idea started out as one question before the "pause". Afterwards, stacking the presuppositions on, and rereading and rewriting, the one evolved into these two versions. And yes! they feel great to me! I feel better and stronger as these become clearer, and they are both now very energizing for me!
