Max id personally spend onna figure would be 100 and that is way to much for a figure but people do put a lot of work into them so i can see why they charge so much but 700 is ridiculous lol
I customize figures too, primarily women figures, and I see how many people can get really iffy about the pricing that goes for these types of figures because I would be too if I were buying a figure that was over 50 dollars that isn't anything considered worth the money, but, people have to also understand these are works of art, just like in an art gallery you aren't going to find something for 10 dollars, the price is going to be pretty hefty, like I said I am a customized myself, and when I sell, the prices are a bit up there, but I try to keep them reasonable, people need to understand that custom figures aren't just figures slapped together just like that, us customizers take days, weeks, or even months to portray a certain wrestler or an attire they have worn. The supplies we use can be expensive too, paint, molding clay, and base parts already add up to high amounts of money all together, so that's why custom figures cost a lot, my best advice for anyone looking to buy a custom figure is to only buy something or someone you know a company such as Mattel would never make, for example, buying a custom John Cena with a different colored attire for $80+ probably isn't a good idea or buying a Becky Lynch in her "The Man" attire for $80+ isn't a good idea either, cause we know Mattel will produce something like that in the future because of the popularity, but something like a custom Alexa Bliss in her NXT attire or a custom Kenny Omega figure is something more worth it cause we all know chances of figures like those won't be produced, overall pricing is high because of the time, material, and technicality put into the figure and I really depends if the figure is worth it, also it all depends with the eye of the beholder!!
