I did this last night. I was guided to finish the meditation, drink the water and go to bed. The results will unfold. Today i feel much lighter and my heart chakra is still open. The healing portion was important to me. Great meditation, thank you Christina!

My right leg went completely numb!

For few days i have meditated on violate flames and i love that, i believe that this was brought to me by the angels. Holy shit. Christina, I found this on your website after taking your heart quiz and decided to do it. That meditation kicked my ass. I have never opened up that far ever and it made me nauseous, but I feel fine now. I went way under and saw up close visions of a blackened part of my heart being removed right before my eyes! It was like it had a cigarette burn in it. A second part of my heart that was removed was gouged but not bleeding. It was like a surgical procedure. Phew! Damn. Thank you, you are amazing.
