Something I just wanted to say, I managed to get into the game before queue time was striking on weekdays around 4pm (I understand that this doesn't help all people but with my college schedule I could play a bit before studying at night). It was honestly really fun and for those who are still having trouble getting into the game now due to queue's, the same time works just as well. I am a returning member and even though I feel really far behind, again I'm having a blast. Just try it out, don't like it? It's not the only game in the world.

Imagine my surprise when it was ArcheAge.
BDO is a way better experience than Archeage. Never understood the opposite arguments.

Arche Age actually has a pve end game that is not grinding pirates for hours. Don't get me wrong, I like BDO, but some of us actually want some real PvE content as well:)
there are already guilds with 55's doing abysall lol they used a glitch to skip que and get straight into the game. I did it once but I couldn't figure out how I did it. but yeah the servers are already steamrolled with lvl 55 guilds that are near maxed out already... gj trion gj

It is amazing how they always get a promising game from a dev and still manage to turn it to shit. It still can be really enjoyable though.

When I'm finally able to get in game I bet I will have a blast. I'm going to give it a couple more days though to see what they do with the servers. I keep getting black screened or disconnected in queue. Also running warborn male and I know how you feel about the body shape. The proportions are just really bad and could use some major adjustments. I might reroll to a human or something just to even things out idk yet. Great vid though man! It's good to see a streamer/youtuber that doesn't beat the "I sat in queue woe is me, fuck trion" Horse and actually provide a unique experience. Keep up the great work man!

since some other mmo games also need some love, no suffering in archeage 3.0 hype train is needed. however, you are right, the new races are so cool and awesome!
The release of '3.0' was my first time actually playing ArcheAge, I've had a Glyph account or whatever it's called for a couple years, so I sadly could not play on the fresh start servers. I have to say I'm very impressed with this game despite the numerous disconnects and maintenance's on NA servers (I play on Arenzeb, which was under maintenance like... Four times for some odd reasons). Definitely a new MMO I will try to stay dedicated to.

you can say what you want about archeage... i quit last week after about 2 years of playing it, i got bored... but i loved the game, enough to log in nearly daily. I appreciate that you dont just focus on trions massive fails, because sure i get why it bothers people, ive been banned incorrectly etc several times. but archeage offers something unique.... the exploration, the housing, the social system with raids and open world pvp. Its far from balanced or perfect, but as much as ive tried to find a game that offers me the same pleasure while playing it, i cant find it..... :3 i hope youll enjoy your fresh start server experience, despite the issues and keep up the videos!
So Ive never played Archeage before but this 3.0 release got me really interested. Do you guys have any tips for someone just starting out? Other MMO's Ive played are Black Desert Online, which I made to level 50 and stopped playing because of how ridiculous the grind was to get PvP viable gear and very boring end game PvE, and I also Played TONS of Darkfall although thats kind of entirely different. Any tips for how to get started and get the most out of the game would be great!

Nice video, lirik does stream at 1080p 60fps though just fyi and doing so on a 5960x processor was only putting him at like 30% cpu usage.
The Jump cut at 2:30 was hella convenient lol, got shown this by a palo. We were questing didn't even know who you were. Also we killed you after that cut soooo..... yeahhhhhhhh

Miss this game so much but can't handle the RNG and the necessity of trade packs or fishing to make money. Yes, I could do what I did before and gank other players from the opposite faction for their goods but most players stick to the safe routes. The RNG enchanting is my biggest hang up. Did they remove Apex from the cash shop?
I did get my spot saved when I got dc'd. I got to about level 30 maybe 31 don't remember and then I went to sleep. I can't get back on since then but it has been a lot of fun for my first time on the game for sure and I can't wait until I can play with no issues again.
Even though the dc's at login and queues have sucked, i have had zero troubles once inside the game. I like that people cant take up all the land right away. I like that everybody, even f2pers have an equal chance to make it in the game. Keep the vieos coming cryy, and i hope you don't have to kill me somewhere down the road.
I feel about the same way as you Cryy. I get frustrated with the disconnects and queues but I am really having a lot of fun so it evens out. Especially knowing it will calm down soon in a couple of weeks.

my 3.0 experience is the same has launch 3-12 hour in queue. finaly connected and making my character. Get disconect and send back to the queue. i didnt creat my character yet. hope the exp event will last longuer since so many of us cant really play.
I'm surprised the GM gave you the founders gifts... I was a founder on my original account but I was under the impression with having to make a "new" account we wouldn't have access to our founder packs...
i was one of the first few hundred people in the reckoning server. I got about an hour of playtime in and lost connection and was thrown into a 4hr queue that ended in a disconnect at 15 in the queue. I have yet to be able to get into the game since even after waiting hours in queues it just disconnects at the last second before I get through the queue. :(
I've been out of archeage for a while, before I left I was a lvl 50 stone arrow, Merchant Ship, all that jazz. Should I go back? I think the warborn look cool
the new land system is amazing I'm on the eu and I see lots of empty spaces its amazing and the server is always like 1k patron queues and 4k f2p queues its insane love this game glad I came back

This is my first time playing this game and I got to the quest where you plant farm stuff and harvest it etc. then they give you the ``recipe`` for your own land but it says you have to pay the montly fee to have that. Now I do like my experience so far my question is: is it worth it?
haven't played Archeage since the new 3.0 dropped. I'm sure its been month since the fresh starts came with it but is it worth looking into again. I don't know. I barely had any good memories playing it,
ON NA servers but didn't have an issue. LOL Im from Australia aswell. Never had any horrid experience with Trion ever. Other than Launch.
I took a look at this game again last summer and it was deserted. I found a large farm plot to grab easily almost-as-soon as I got the quest done. Sad really, I got into the game when it was just launching, played it heavily for a few months thinking it had great promise, then left because of all the BOTting and griefing. When I checked ot out again, I saw places that used to be busy hubs of activity being ghost towns. At times I felt like I was olaying the game by myself. I could see in chat there WERE other players online, but it was so rare to actually SEE anyone.
3rd day its out. I haven't been in the game yet. 8 hour que and got me to 400+ people still. I give up on trion
What class do you suggest me to start with? I want a melee burst class but I don't really know much on that game
My only in game experience was Sunday night. Haven't been able to login since. Even when I wait in queue overnight or queue when I go to work and back since somehow it always disconnects. Anyway, in terms of gameplay on the time that I did play it was sweet because I got a new gaming rig and feeling archeage with that quality and smoothness was like a new game. Btw I did quit about a year ago and had a toaster.
Pretty glad my friends decided to go to Vengeance last minute. I was hoping to be able to play with you and other Twitch streamers (such as Moist Coitus & Rythmn) but it didn't turn out. Glad I get to play with you once I get a decent laptop! Also, thanks for not making this so negative. All I've been seeing lately is hate towards AA, good to see son positivity!

Good day Fellow Cryy, it seems i encountered a bit of a problem. When ever i log on my Glyph account at home, it wont work. and it won't let me log on the Glyph launcher either. BUT.... there is always a but. When i log on at my friend(s) place, it works. i've encountered this problem many times before, but it seems to re-appearing. Do you have any tips to fix this quote on quote "bug" or "glitch?

How do you get in? The fresh server has 1400queue line at all time, you have to wait 12 hours to get in..
theres about enough to fill a new server too(what i think) 1/5 complicity if they add it i think
actually it took me 14 hours for 400 people queue
I missed the initial train in 2014 so when I later joined the game every plot was taken and I was under lvled + undergeared for any pvp so I always was on receiving end :( But now it's great fun and except the ques I enjoy Archeage a lot.
Hey cry is your guild newbie friendly and willing to learn poeple the ropes ive got archage at the release but dint hook up cause i was always alone. But maybe making some friends and understanding more i could have fun and wich faction are you on vengence
this game is one of the best fantasy role play games I've seen in a while, every time I play Skyrim, Dungeons and Dragons, or Neverwinter I always look for good CC or character creation because being a sims player back in the ps2 days I know how good it can be and it drives me nuts when a game has such great lore, and story but for some reason I have 4 different eye colors (I'm looking at bethesda and their elf eyes on this one damn it I shouldn't need a mod to make a female elf look pretty )
SymbolicSky Wow, you really NEED to try out Black Desert then!! The character creation is beyond anything Sims or AA could ever compare to, it's amazing, the gameplay is amazing and the overall graphics.

Black Desert Online: it's pay to pay to win, a new business model, but the entry fee is low. I'm pretty sure you will hate your character's clothes pretty fast, though, because you will look the same the whole game, oh there's something like 2 costumes you can craft but, after that, everything else is in the cash shop at retarded prices.
You can buy costumes with in game money.

Could be wrong but I don't think GW2 would be Cryy's cup of tea. PvP its horrible and boring (follow zerg and steamroll... wow), tbh the whole game after you hit max etc has nothing to do.
minor thing but that is actually WvW and yeah it's all about the zerg - if you want real PvP in GW2 you need to go to structured PvP - also looks like EU stomped NA in the last tournament
NakedToast A-are you sure there's nothing to do at level 80? I mesn, Ive heard level 80 is just the beginning to fractals, dungeons, WvW, PvP, etc.
pvp and WvW (back in the day when people still roamed) was absolutely lit , structured pvp is still good and so is WvW if youre patient, just need to avoid zergs and roam by yourself or in a small crew
Would you say playing Free to play is just unplayable for Archeage? I really want to get into it but before I drop anything I'd rather know that I can enjoy myself while playing free.
I joined a legacy server. I was a founder in 2014. I pre-ordered the game and participated in most of the betas. I was so disappointed with all of the pay to win and other elements. I was also new to MMOs. I came back at the launch of 3.0 with a new character on the same server as my old one, and I'm honestly impressed. It's not perfect, but I'm enjoying myself and I plan to get back into it.

If I could ever get passed the que times, I'd be able to actually play. I love this game, I loved it before whenever I used to play it a lot. I don't care about the pay 2 win.. runescape has that too and I loved it. As long as you're having fun, it doesn't matter. I know i'm not a normal viewer, but maybe we could play together sometime! I made a character on on of the fresh starts, but i'm not sure which one. Have fun in Archeage my friend.
u can bypass queue by trying to login to the same server over and over. connect -> try another -> connect -> try another. do that over and over on the same server and eventually it will work. go ask other archeage streamer thats how i found out.
Idk what server to play on.. or if i should start over.. I have a good amount of land on the server im on but honestly i think it sounds cool to see what guilds rise.
Cryy, I wrote this game off in beta but when you announced the fresh start I decided to give it a try. Low and behold I could not play the game for days and was pretty annoyed at how much Trino was failing.
I also, like you, decided to roll Vengeance to escape the 3k+ queues of Reckoning. Installed the game and currently reinstalling it to give it another go. Not sure what classes are good and useful. Any pointers? Would also love to play with you once I learn the game.
come server Vengeance and expect it to be hard to get in for antother few days. dont let the server disconnects ruin your experience. 120 classes. send me a whisper or some mail in game, ill get ya in guild and give ya some tips

Proximuhtyz HD black desert decided to be retarded and region lock. There is no version of it for my region and they refuse to open it to those outside th e us so I never got to play it.
I cannot even get in the game, the queues are still horrible as all hell.
I waited anxiously for Archage, but couldnt even get passed the damn queue.. I gave up and I guess I have to try in a few weeks...

As a new Archeage player I've really enjoyed the small amount of time I've put into the game. It's been fun, and the Dwarf design is actually pretty cool. If I could just get into the game and play it some more, that would be great however. Oh well, it's life.

Black screens so you gotta Alt+Enter. Servers not popping up right. Duplicate login. Server time out as soon as you load the game. Other errors regarding you logging in. And more madness on top of high queues AND that this is Day fucking 4. I'm having a headache just typing this. Liked the video anyway because you my dude Cryy but seriously...fuck Trion.
I mean, the servers were awful at first... but man, I am really enjoying this game again now. It had been 2 years since I rage quit with the rest of my old guild and it seems like they've fixed a lot in game. It's not perfect, but I really enjoy this game.
Is ArcheAge really still popular? Not trying to rag on the game, I just put it down in early 2015 due to burnout, and I've been heavily tempted to come back...There really isn't anything like that sailing around and exploring feeling from ArcheAge that I've seen in any other mmo.
When i downloaded the game from steam that was like a week ago i opened it and it wouldnt go past that glyph updater it would stay there for hours at a time or it would be unresponsive and i had to terminate the program from the task manager. Any thoughts on that is there any1 here that has this problem ?

you said you were an original founder in 2014 (same here) but in the server screen it said that you can only have 1 character on either legacy or the newer servers. Did you delete your old character(s)?
3py0n trion should have sent codes to all 2014 original emails. send something to support and let them know you were a founder. apply code to fresh start account.
It's because you need to make a new account in order to join the fresh start characters. You can still keep your old account, of course, but each account can only be dedicated to legacy or fresh start.
First time player(well not yet due to the queue) How was the game p2w and has trion actually addressed this with the new fresh start servers?
Being a new player / server are their guilds that would happily welcome new players?

Their plan is good if the goal is to "re" -fill the old servers, after all, a new player would appreciate even more the game given the amount of places to lay its ground and not be PK ...
If a bunch of new players, say 4, come together on an old server, it will only be happiness for them ...

Demonic lancer is the latest class that came out and it has 2 subclass, one that use spear and the other polearm.

I'm enjoying playing as a primevil (may level battlerage as an alt) but there are a few things that annoy me. I got randomly teleported half way across the world and have no idea why and after 30 I have no idea what to do, the game just kinda drops you

I tried it but I'm not a fan of the camera as it's not like Blade and Soul and Tera style so I couldn't enjoy it.
If there is a way to make it play like tera and Bns camera wise let me know.
