Companies like this don't need your money, that's why they charge what they charge. They have contracts so they put a giant markup on civilian sales and if it sells, icing in the cake

@@maximusjoseppi5904 They charge what they charge because R&D and US manufacturing (I assume they're built in the US anyway) are expensive, and the market is tiny. The Mossberg 500/590 is a >60 year old design, I believe manufactured in Mexico, and consistently one of the best selling shotguns in the US.
With the amount of breaching shotguns coming out on the US domestic market that are priced out for civillians, we may need to be concerned that the US Gov is forseeing an enhanced use and need for them.
Cody is an absolute unit. Of course James immediately disarmed him with his shocking good looks and educated wit and charm. A match for the ages ?! Stay tuned.
Love this format of videos, straight to the point. Also stoked to pick up another Gen-12 when the 5" SBS comes out. To anyone who has not had the opportunity to shoot one of these, they are a game changer.
It was mentioned in the video that this was created for a government contract. I would guess several other manufacturers competed for that same contract which is why you saw a lot of them on display this year.
What happened to the AA-12 and it’s reciprocating mechanism? Could that not have been downsized into a more compact model? As if I remember correctly the recoil dispersion was immense to point of being able to one hand shoot it. Would be interesting to see a breach variant of it or at least a resurgence potentially
a great very neat delicious and interesting video and shotgun Mr.James.how mch is it?is it any good as the inside the shorts ccw?have a good one Mr.James.
The editing is excellent, i like how you swipped the camera upwards at the end and transitioned into the outro music. Audio and music volumes were balenced as well.
Sweet firearm but for roughly $3k with a tax stamp it's a hard pass. I'll just stick to my Rock Island VRF14 that was $500...longer barrel but still compact and it accomplishes the same thing.
So this is what happens 9 months after an AK-47 and AR-15 run a train on a shotgun! It's a hard 👎 for me...happy with my Mossberg night stick aka "the knob knocker"!
as a salaryman who goes to the range when I can afford it, a $3,000 'breaching' shotgun is exactly what I need.
Just think, now you can get into the range for free, any time of day or night. It pays for itself!
I mean it's alright for a product to not apply to your market
I for one expect to breach a lot of doors during the impending apocalypse.

Your Ben and Jerry’s is no longer safe mom
Thank you for your service
For 2700$, i just deal with the recoil of a 600$ shockwave
And for us civilian peons don't forget the tax stamp cost.🙄
Otherwise I'd be all over it like Rosie O'Donnell on a bowl of ice cream.

Brownshirts have plenty of taxpayer dollars for such things.
I really enjoyed the presentation from this sales rep because I am too afraid to say otherwise 💀
Now that's funny AF 😂
Yeah that guy is a unit.
He looks like he wont need a breaching shotgun to open uncooperative doors lol
which feds bought them? the irs and atf probably?
I was just thinking that
Probably
Very likely. ATF probably specified a dog clubbing criteria.

FBI. They had a tender going for a breaching shotgun.
The Gen 12 won.

My thoughts exactly. Same as the various "mundane" agencies stocking up on ammo, IRS, EPA, ect.
We’re at the final phase my friend. The bankers have been planning this shit since 1920’s Germany at the Frankfurt School.

Larpers.

Newest Trend. Same as Tactical Lever actions. The gun industry is starting to feel like the fucking fashion industry.

I've got the RIA VRF14, that said I still want this.
Breaching shotguns are like subsonic ammo. We shouldn't be paying more to get less.
What an incredibly ignorant thing to say lmao
⬆️this dude is definitely a door
That's something a door would say
its just about manufacturing demand
*call a shotgun a breacher* *instant 400% mark up* what is this always the trend
Cause civilians dont generally buy this stuff and the government over pays like a mofo
Why so many breaching shotguns this year i wonder 🤔?
wonder why so many companies are making breeching shotguns this year
Serious question, why is the standard a seperate shotgun? Wouldn’t a modernized underbarrel master key be better?
Besides making your rifle super front heavy, you run into length issues trying to put a shotgun on the front of an SBR
Hol up, AOW? Hell yeah that is sick
Thanks for showing us this beast of a breaching device and also the shotgun. Fuckin Jack Breacher over here.
This is what I've been wanting, now that price needs to drop by half or more.
Well, Brandon did tell me to "buy a shotgun."

You would think that they would want a fold-out wire stock just in case you needed it for something.
Everybody: That’s pretty nifty.
FPS Game Devs: 👁️👄👁️ Can it be dual wielded?
Nice trigger discipline 👉
For that price, no.
Nice idea though.
Just alter an AR18 with a rubberized grip in the AR10 form factor.
Im curious if you can jam this into doors and still shoot. With short recoil systems you can make them go out of battery by pushing onto the barrel
He said in the video that the muzzle device is not actually attached to the barrel for exactly that reason.

So for $2700 this accomplishes what a $50 boot can do. Interesting.
