Lovely to see him as a younger man,he always had an elfin quality our Harry
Love these programmes! David Batty (Battie?) - a rare jug: a tragedy ..... that is not that bad 😂!!!
Apparently being a mariner was great for collecting artifacts
Картина с двумя молодыми дамами ))) восхитительная
👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏
Ironically, all these pieces were far more valuable then than now, 2024. The value of almost all fine porcelain has plummeted over the years. However, it is still lovely.

No knows as much as Battie, just ask him.
He forgot to mention the transatlantic slave trade.
Love the US version, not to keen on the UK one.
I like both but I prob watch more BBC just bc there’s more to watch. But I gotta say, porcelain is .. boring?😬 the UK has such a variety of antiques that can be SO OLD yet remain in mind boggling condition.
Oh opposite here. Americana is kind of boring. It’s only Americans that find it valuable.

Touchè, afraid I'll have to give you that one. I mean, I get it, "Home Spun" art and all that, I just don't care for it. But then again, to me, Picasso was just a really bad cartoonist.
I can't stomach watching the American one. British everyday for me here in NZ.
@@kingy002 I'm American and hands down the British version is much better. Especially the earlier episodes, they remain unmatched.
