- For the life of me I cant make a short video. This one started out being over 18 minutes but after some tedious editing I finally got it under 15 minutes. Hope you enjoy!

this is probably the most worth it car to buy. very comfortable interior , nice radio, and more. my cousin just got one as her first car (we go into a very very bad accident in it, rolled it 4 times, made it out very well. safety is amazing ) anyway, she bought another , same exact year and model! i'm looking into one. good video

Have owned 3 black cars so far and I don't think I would buy black again. They look great clean but I am tired of keeping it clean. Even in summer it will look dusty overnight in the garage. Anyways, nice find, low miles for a 2009!

I bought my friends 2010 Civic which is in gray. I have it as a second car, and I Love driving it. I'm assuming you no longer have this vehicle, but I'm sure you enjoyed it while you had it.
I have an 09 Si, been great so far the 2 months I've owned it.
Only issues with the Si's is the 3rd gear syncro's. (only on the earlier 06-08 models)

This FD generation really looks fresh even today.. I don't know if the same can be said to the new one though.
I am currently looking for a facelift 8th gen EX-L. I love the look of these cars. Very ahead of their time. They still fit in with quite a few mid to late 2010 cars

the facelift also had revised taillights BTW :P. The turn signal area was red on 06-08 and clear on 09-11

So, for the 2006-2009 models I should look for a crack engine block?
Probably be a good idea. I have the 06 coupe with 120000 miles. No crack block issues yet. Don’t think everyone will have this issue. Think it was a bad casting of blocks. My is now out of warranty for block issue and hope it never has that issue. Knock on wood.

I just got my first car it’s a 2009 Honda Civic lx and it’s silver and I really want those rims that you have lol I might buy them and the center caps and the weight things cause loook 😂😂

Nice review. The European Civic of that generation is nicer in some aspects, but not as nice in others. For example, the Euro has visors upholstered with fine fabric just as the headliner instead of plastic, it has VSA on all models, and onboard computer standard and the tray in the front has a cover. However it doesn't have the sliding armrest, the remote control function for the trunk or the panic button. It's a quite different car alltogether.
No offense, but I honestly think the Euro Civic headlights look a bit ugly

I just found your video. I bought an ‘09 EX-L today with only 66,000 miles. I really like it. It’s pretty peppy for a 4 cyl. I have a question - is the USB port an AUX connection for the sound system or is it just for charging?

Question: Biggest engine or electrical problems with this car?
I have a 06 coupe ex. This sedan is super nice. Mine has a nicer exhaust tip. Thought all the ex had them?
My instrument cluster went crazy, gas gauge was inverted. My block didn't crack yet. The engine sounds like a diesel until it warms up. Other then that it's ok.

I have 2008 lx-sr,its a good car but it has a BAD heat system(engine takes too much time to warm up) and that sucks at winter ,if you stay in cold country (-10C and below)stay away from it because you will just hate it

Hey can you do a small video on how well the audio plug works. cuz I am planing on getting the same car and I am huge on hearing my own music from my phone
I cant really do a video on that because of copyright laws against music. But both plugs work really well with my phone, but it might vary with the different phones out there. Just remember, you only get the USB port on 2009 and newer models.

I LOVE Honda's! Ive finally found time to get my license and I almost got enough money to purchase a 1998 Toyota Camry. I thought about an Accord of the same year but the transmission isn't very reliable and I need something to last a while.
I noticed that you said you wished you had bluetooth, but this model year and trim supports bluetooth. Have you gotten it working yet?
Also, you have a 4 speed automatic, not a 5 speed. 5 speed is manual only.
vince5260 In the US you had to get a Navigation model for bluetooth and no, from 2006-2013 the R18 Honda Civics used a ATF-Z1 5 speed auto.
