POD services, personal store? I looked around the website couldn't find any clear copyright statement for commercial usage. can you help me with that?
I'd recommend double checking on it, but I think the thing is that a lot of comics from this era didn't bother getting their work copyrighted. Now, some of these characters are owned (there's some Ditko Blue Beetle and the Question stuff, for instance, characters now owned by DC), but the comics themselves are all public domain.

Great question - you could publish the comic book or even sell the book - but if you see a trademarked design (like an old Coca-Cola ad) - that's a grey area. TECHNICALLY you could use it but I wouldn't risk it - but for old ads where the company is no longer around, they make great wall art.

It's your choice - if you register, you get a higher-quality download in many cases.
