    Is there any way to customize the Group Class template ? It is only giving me one template. I am offering multiple dates and times for mini sessions but the way the sessions are now coming up on the scheduling page, it all tbe days and times are individually layed out and you have to keep scrolling all the way down and through multiple pages just to look for specific days that are later on.
    In the past, the group class was in a monthly view, and it made it easier to navigate , This new update , I know it will be very annoying for clients to find later dates because they will have to scrol all the way down through multiple pages.

      Hey Sophia, great question! If a direct link is defaulting to the class list template, you may either add &template=weekly or &template=monthly to change the display of the scheduler.

    Is there any way for the client to select multiple hours or a range of hours themselves? We are available between 9am - 5pm the client can book any duration of time within those hours? So that it is not locked to a 1 hour slot or 30 minute slot.

    It’s unacceptable that in 2024 we still cant track bookings as conversions in acuity. We cant even redirect someone after booking. Im hoping im wrong but as for now this is a major flaw in acuity.

      While we don't offer a way to automatically redirect to another page after booking, you can use custom conversion tracking to add code that could redirect clients to another page after booking.

    I need help 😫 it keeps letting my clients book time after I’m closed. For example I close at 10pm I have a 2 hour minimum so the last time you can book is 8pm but if someone want to add a 2 hour add-on instead of making the client start at 6pm it’s still allowing clients to book at 8pm and then when they go pay it just freezes with an error message. How can I fix this
