I have a biz where people buy a package of appointments. In some cases they schedule 20 or 30 or more appointments all at POS. For other products, they might schedule 1 or even none.
Are these all options with Acuity?

Do you have any videos for Group Classes, Ongoing, Prepaid Multiple 10 Sessions, Reserve as you go over 8 months for the class you decide to take.

An objective review would acknowledge that Acuity has a number of drawbacks: The default auto tip is 18% for desktop customers (0 on mobile) and the only way to change that is to remove tipping entirely. There's no 1-time "event" option, just "classes" or "appointments" and customers still must select time and date, even for 1-time events, which is redundant and confusing for some. You can't put live links is event descriptions. Descriptions also have a character limit and no formatting controls besides font and bkgrd color, and just look crude, imo. And hard to make look good across devices. The entire interface looks crude, imo. Acuity also has NO phone customer service, and the email response time varies, and the responses are... yet another lesson in patience. And all for $27-$40/month. Not cheap. And so on... I'd suggest people definitely make sure it's appropriate for your specific biz and products before committing.
