🤣😂🤣 friend I told you the ribs was to good lol. Thank u for choosing my recipe and most of all, thank you for coming back and letting me how it went. I appreciate you 😊
I find the best way to remove the membrane is to start in the middle of the rack, not the end. After you separate the membrane with a butter knife to an inch or so, use a finger to work all the way across to the other side. Then, simply grab the membrane by the middle and pull up. No need for paper towels or gloves.
This by FAR is the very. Very, very BEST food video I have ever perused. It is due to her vibrant personality, cooking skills and super clean habits As a result, the baby backs WK definitely be on my Thanksgiving Feast Table All thanks to Ms. CONGENIALITY!
I adore the way you explain things - why you remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, live and let live with some personal culinary choices (like washing the meat), etc. it's so good! ❤
I did 2 racks of pork baby back ribs and had it in for 2 hours and they were fall off the bone. Now I have it in for thirty minutes for caramelizing the grip jelly barbecue sauce. The sauce is delicious and my husband has a child's palate so he could taste the great jelly in there even though I never told him.
Just made this and omg they are so good!! The ribs were so tender and were literally falling off the bone! no stores near me had the kinders brown sugar rub so i had to substitute it with the weber brown sugar but it was still AMAZING!!
I told you it was going to be good friend lol. I would not lie to you lol. I'm glad you liked the recipe. Thanks for letting me know how it went. I really appreciate it.
I prayed first before cooking, which is the main reason why my momma was very pleased! And I want to say, THANK YOU!!! Because of you, my FIRST time cooking ribs was well received (bh my mom) !! I tried to follow your steps, and yes, they were tender after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Mine did break when flipping it to add the sauce!! Again, thank you, and thank you, Jesus!!
You’re welcome boo!! I’m so happy that it turned out great and you loved it. Thank you so much for coming back and sharing that with me. I appreciate you so much 🥰🥰.
@pinkslipkewchie3518 hi hi!! I cooked 2 hours and 15 minutes and then took out the oven to check. They were done. They sat out for a little, so that I can prepare the BBQ sauce and then I put them back in for about 10-15 minutes or long enough that the sauce got a little warm bc I didn't want to dry them out. My suggestion would be to prepare your sauce while the ribs cook, that way when they're done, you can put the sauce on them quickly. And I used a somewhat deep pan with handles (like what you would to cook a chicken) and covered with aluminum foil.
@user-kg5ij5ic6b 400°F. If you have 1 slab of Baby back ribs, then cook it for about 2 hours on that temperature and check it. If they still need to cook, try another 10-15 minutes until they're tender.
I was a bit worried putting them in at 400 degrees but man they came out delicious and fall of the bone. I did the check like you mentioned at 2hr and next time I think for my oven they should be perfect at 2.5hours. Also, I was a bit skeptical about the murtad but it did not interfere with the taste at all. Thank You for the recipe.
Freddie, these ribs are sooooo good! Followed your recipe exactly and everybody loved them. I had 3 slabs in the large tin and just let them ride for the full 3.5 hours before saucing. What a blessing to find your videos! 🙏🏼👍🏼🙋♀️
I just made the Recipe and it was tremendous the meat was just falling off the bones! It was so juicy and yes it really does take 3 hours so it could be as Tender as it is described NO CAP!!! I followed the exact instructions the only thing I added that wasn’t in the list was a lil Haitian Epis to the ingredient just to give it a lil kick, Sis you did that with them auntie arms! 😋😋😋😋 my fiancé is licking his fingers! I wish I could have added our review video on the comments.
Hey Freddie, I'm gonna try and make these ribs tomorrow. The yellow mustard makes me a little cringy but I'm gonna give your recipe a try. Love the way you encourage your viewers. I'll let you know how this goes. Thank you for the beautiful job displaying the food and the training. Can't wait to try this.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😃
Hey friend, Honestly, I'm not a big fan of mustard but once the ribs cook, you won't taste it at all. I'd love to hear how you like the recipe once you try it. Thank you for your comment. I really appreciate it.
Thank you! Your video looked so delicious. I am cooking ribs following your recipe even though I was intended for another recipe but I didn't know what I did with that recipe. So I found your video and I use your recipe instead. I just couldn't wait to sink my teeth into those ribs. Thanks for sharing your recipe, appreciate you. God Bless.
Not only does this look amazing but your videos are pure entertainment. Please come to the UK and open a restaurant, you'd be fully booked all day everyday 😄😄
I'm making this for Thanksgiving...I have four racks of ribs in my fridge right now. Going to cook them tonight (Wed) and finish and sauce them on Thanksiving day.
Friend!!!! Guess what I made! Yep I made these babies. They was sooo good my 11yr old hates ribs and he loved these. So easy and so tasty. Idk what to make of yours next. Thank you ❤❤❤
My cuban made me some of the best ribs ever, marinated in mojo proir to cooking with all the usual spices. Now after seeing this I'm dying to make yours. I told her her ribs were better than mine(that hurt, lol). Next week I'll make yours.
Made these for dinner tonight…OMG. I’m SO glad I’m the only one who eats ribs 😳😳😳. I GET THEM ALL TO MYSELF ‼️‼️‼️Freddie, you’re my new FAVORITE chef. Um um soooo good ❤
I know this was 4 months ago but girl ! Wea have u been all my life 😅😂❤ this was absolutely finga licking gooooodddd !!!!! Thank u for sharing !!!!! 😊❤❤❤
The grape jelly is new. It makes sense but I cannot imagine the flavor. But, sis, tender and juicy is the name of the game and you slayed the hell out of these ribs.
@Cooking with Freddie No doubt. It's something that has to be tried because it's the only way to understand. But, sis, there has got to be a ton of kids named after you because of these recipes.
It definitely need a moment of silence cuz that looks good. I seen somebody else's TH-cam channel and there is look so dry but baby I can suck all the meat off them bones. I know the the meat is already coming off the bone but they still got a little piece of meat on the end. I will eat that up and sometimes when you bake them the bone is soft enough to chew it a little bit like bubble gum. Oh yes I love it. I don't know really know about the sauce and stuff. As long as you have the barbecue sauce the baby raise if not too sweet, but I'm still going to try that sauce that you made. I'm not going to knock it until I try it new subscriber❤❤❤❤
Now rinsing the ribs after you marinated it will that mess up the lime and vinegar? I have to try this recipe my husband like ribs and my son.......You Cook-it Up......your Mac and cheese recipe is my new Mac and cheese my family loves it...... God Bless🙋🏾♀️
Hey friend, Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you so much You have to add the lime juice and vinegar before you marinate it like I did in the video. It’s not a good idea to do it after it’s marinated the flavors will mess up. Hope this helps
Freddie, wondering how you would cook fresh green beans, ham , cabbage & potatoes …used to be called boiled New England dinner. I just know you would make it terrifically. Thanks darlin 😁
Hi sweet lady is there a way to bake the ribs in a quicker way for example 300 or 350 farenheit for two hours will they taste like fall off the bone or will they be too dry please let me know thank you god bless bless!
how long are you putting the ribs in the oven/ Also instead of putting on the bbq sauce at the end, can you just put in the hickory sauce when you bake the ribs
@cookingwithfreddie...my ribs came out sooooooo good and tasty. I really liked the sauce. Never ever made it with jelly before but it was yummy. Only made half the amount becuz I only cooked one rack of ribs. Got alot of sauce leftover so imma try it on other meats like hot dogs, chicken, etc.

My ribs came out soooo tender and de!ish. The next day my daughter ate what was left at room temperature she didn't even warm them up

This is the way. I just tried it out and it's a lot easier than starting from the end
Thanks for the tip I will definitely try it out

First things first AMEN! but did you cook for a total of 2hrs and 15 minutes? also did you use the foil pan she used?

Now rinsing the ribs after you marinated it will that mess up the lime and vinegar? I have to try this recipe my husband like ribs and my son.......You Cook-it Up......your Mac and cheese recipe is my new Mac and cheese my family loves it...... God Bless🙋🏾♀️
Hey friend,
Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you so much
You have to add the lime juice and vinegar before you marinate it like I did in the video. It’s not a good idea to do it after it’s marinated the flavors will mess up.
Hope this helps
My apologies will rinsing with water after you rub the meat with lime and vinegar, will that take the favor out?
The lime and vinegar is to clean it, not for flavor. That's why it gets rinsed. Then you marinate it in the flavor of the seasonings
Do the jelly change the flavor what type of flavor are you experiencing
Them ribs!🥰🤤
New subscriber here🎉
Thanks for subbing!
Muy sabrosa la sopita, gracias por compartir la receta. Yo le agregué apio

Yes you can remember TIME IS A INGREDIENT don’t rush it.
how long are you putting the ribs in the oven/ Also instead of putting on the bbq sauce at the end, can you just put in the hickory sauce when you bake the ribs
😂Are we still talking about the ribs!😅 I was thinking the same thing

A few years ago I went to Famous Dave's in Rockford, IL. It was delicious, great server, it was a good experience. Because it was our first time there, they gave us a bottle of their sauce. I highly recommend Famous Dave's and their products.
You do not put sweet stuff on my ribs.
