When i load my own external HDD (via the usb port) and tries to play my movies, how come sometimes there is no sound? some movies have sound some movies no sound? They are all quite new media files

When it is cool, the box runs fine, bluetooth range for the remote is also decent. However, after it heats up, the remote control bluetooth range drops drastically, the box becomes slow to respond. Feels like thermal throttling in a PC. If you open up the box, the thick thermal pad that interface with a flat piece of aluminum and the soc, makes you wonder if the person who designed the cooling solution knows what he is doing.

@@dewyan removed the top lid, trimmed some velcro tape and lined them on the edge of both the TV box and cooling fan. my TV box is upside down as i have the cooling fan at the bottom of the TV box (fan blowing upwards, into the TV box)
Hardware is poorly designed. No way for heat to come out. This will overheat faster than any android tv box out there. And that would be a big issue going forward. You won’t be able to use it longer.
I like SVICLOUD 8P KTV function and channels from all over the world. The speed of the focus is very fast. The TV box is worth recommending.
