Can’t believe the complaints about the movement. Be glad for what this is: something free that helps you save hundreds in repair costs. It sure did for me!
Thanks for this video. I had the water level warning despite the tak was full. I bought my ENA4 at a Cash Converter Store and they did not have the cardboard packaging. I think that the Jura was shocked in my trunk. After opening the covers I saw a small PCB board moving freely... That was the sensor which operates through the plastic cover. Once fixing it with a tape, everything works, no more error message.
Thanks for the videos you make 👍 Easy to understand! As I don't have this machine, would I be correct to assume that disassembling the side panel like in the video, I can get a better reach of old, build-up of ground coffee and potential mold, and making it easy to maintain longterm?
Just felt the need to add a note as it isn't too clear in the video. The two black covering strips that are removed at the rear of the machine do not pop off outwards. They should be slid up then out.
Thanks for the vid!! I'm stuck with getting off the left side panel, feels like it will crack, you did it so smoothly, whats the trick? Also, to get out the circle screws without jura tool, just tighten the chuck of a drill and it comes right out
Hopefully you figured this out already, but it slides back slightly towards the rear of the machine, then comes right off. I was also stuck here for a moment, maybe this helps someone else 😅
Question - We have a Jura ENA8. The bean cover handle just came off. Is the handle/knob just glued to the top of the plastic cover or is there a secondary plastic piece on the underside that hold the handle in place? Thank you in advance for the information.
@@flaviomuratore Yes, Jura do special key for these you can buy with service kits but I just used long nose pliers to remove them and replaced with normal Philips screws as you would be needing to clean the brewing group probably twice a year or so.
@@tomp.8129 thank you very much.Apologies for bothering again but I am not used to these tasks. You just straight up pull the rivet out of there by using sheer strength?
I disassembled and cleaned the entire brewer unit. Put it back together and turned the machine back on. Now, when brewing coffee the water just falls into the drip tray behind the unit, not touching the coffee grinds. The coffee grinds then fall, dry, into the drip tray. Any ideas on what went wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Jura Ena 8.
Did you ever tried to remove the front panel where are the 3 screws located ? Under the Ena sign? Is it doable I mean can we go and clean there or it is all attach and can’t get access?

Hello, I have a problem with my jura ena8. The machine grinds the coffee and the coffee remains in the coffee glass. Everything doesn't go into the brewer, it stays in the coffee glass and around the brewer.
Wow! No wonder they charge so much for a service! Mine doesn't go six months without breaking, and that's with only one coffee drinker in the house. Better to buy a Breville or any other brand!
totally true, here 2 drinkers and after not even 1 year, it was leaking water and coffee mold.. saeco we had 3 years before there was anything wrong with it, less expensive also. both cleaned frequently enough.
@@coffeetricksandtips1018 Where exactly in the video did you fix anything? You loosened the three screws around the bean holder assembly and thats ALL you did. Total waste of time
If you can't speak might be a good idea to hire a narrator. Only thing I got from this was how to disassemble the unit and there are some tools (unknown type) that allow you to do it.

Sweet! Nice to help You. 🥰
Very helpful, thank you. May I make a suggestion? You might want to consider getting a stationary camera. All the movement makes this hard to watch.

Yeah, I had to watch the video a few times. Plastic is easy to break!
this is a good vid for disassembly and reassembly but fails to offer assistance on cleaning/fixing problems with the grinder as mentioned in the title
Thanks for the video, I wish to have you as a brother in law.
Hello and thank you for this very instructive video. Could you please detail the tool you are using at 01:13 to get the 4 screws out. ++

Am I missing something here? Didn't see you do anything with the grinder?
Can you buy new grinders and from where please?
Thanks!
Just before you replace the covers, you appear to be pressing 2 buttons. Am I correct and are they resets for the grinder motor?
Which one is more profesional i mean inside, jura ena8 or jura e8?
Hi!
More professional ir E8! New’er model :)

A stable camera and some narration would have been very helpful but otherwise good video
