They were both involved in the cutting LVAD wire, Izzie cut it, but they covered it up. Mer and George's facial expressions were gold when Bailey brought up their drama. Because in real life Izzie would have lost her medical license, maybe even the others too, and she potentially could have gotten criminal charges. What she did was a REALLY big deal and I’m sure that’s why Bailey constantly brings it up, she can’t believe Izzie got away with it
It’s sad that not only did George die but most of his scenes in S5, he wasn’t really happy. And I loved happy George. It’s probably because of bts stuff, it’s just sad T.R. just got his amazing character essentially shoved to the side
Richard fired most of them after the merger and they just forgot about Steve. Lexi was the only one that lasted til she died. I honestly wish they would stop putting the new interns in. There drama is annoying. Merdeith's class was at least understandable, but now the interns act like immature teenagers. And one always ends up with an attendant it like a terrible rerun. Now that I think about it Izzie was the only one that didn't get with an attendant.
