    Love this. I got 1800 steps I did this after a weight lifting and another 15 minute rebounder workout. Nice way to end my workout.

    My bellicon has a pretty big bounce area. I purchased the biggest one they had. If I didn't already invest the money I would try the leaps and rebounds. Thank you for the short and fun workout.

    This is an instant favorite, I love the format. 1992 steps for me, I was on that beat. This was a good way to get in some cardio before some strength work. Thanks, Angie! 😅

    I got about 2400 steps but I was moving my arms when you had your's on your hips. Thank you for the quick, great, trampoline workout.

    I love the combination of "walking" and bouncing in this workout! I set my Apple watch to "mixed cardio" but I don't see where it tells me how many steps I took in this workout 🤔

    Love it Angie! Trying to use my rebounder more. This is a perfect quick workout for me on those days when I don’t have tons of time to exercise but get some cardio and bouncing in. 🥰💕🏃🏼‍♀️💕🇨🇦

    Thanks Angie, I’m trying to get more rebounding in but find not all instructors take into account different types of trampolines so it can be hard to stay on beat with them which is fine but can be annoying haha. Appreciate this! I got just over 1700 steps : )

      I always tell people in every rebounding video that we are on all different bungee strengths and spring loaded rebounders will bounce different than bungee so my bounce will not look like your bounce unless we have the exact same rebounder with the exact same tension. It is impossible to teach rebounding and expect people to stay to my bounce as that is not the way of the rebounding world. Any and all rebounders that work for each person is perfect.
