Even I'm also facing the same problems, mine was a oily skin but post surgery my skin has become too dry, I wash my face in the morning with a soap N evening with plain wateR N I don't apply any creams to face. Hairfall became more than the usual😢😢

Medum mera gall bladar ka operation hua, 5 days hue h, me abhi daliya, nariyal pani le raha hu, iske alva or kya khane me use kr sakta hu
Mne abhi surgery krai hai laproscopy se
First week :no roti ,only dalia,khichdi no masala
Second week : start boiled vegetables vid little salt and black pepper
3 week :start eating roti less oil less masala food
4 week eat whatever u want in limits like momos 1 piece and d most important after surgery watever u eat please walk for 5 min after eating food gas pass honi chaiye aap bilkul theek ho jaoge m doing it and happy and healthy now plz maintain healthy lifestyle khana thoda thoda khana hai lekin har 2 gante me nariyal pani pio aur gas pass honi chahiye as doc recommend me ❤❤❤

Yes but not frequently
I had my gallbladder removed. There was big 26 mm stone inside it .Post surgery life is same as before minus the pain .
You can eat whatever you like. But yes greasy food can be kept under control or avoided. (This is advisable even for the people with a well functioning gallbladder).
You can heve meat, fish ,egg if you are a non vegetarian(in case of preexisting health issues like high bp, cholestrol , ulcer ,etc you can consult your physician ) .
You can have cakes , pastries , biscuits( provided you are not diabetic) . You can lead a normal life.
Do include atleast a 30 min workout/ walk /run in your routine as it helps you with your metabolism and keeps you healthy.
For those who consume alcohol , I am not sure about it. Post surgery ,for my own well being I decided to quit alcohol. 🙏🏻
I am diagnosed with gallbladder stone recently, I will get operated in September. Any idea what kind of food should I eat for now? And my right side abdomen beneath the ribs always has burning sensation and discomfort... Did you had the same?
