Hello friends so it all started in 2014 I started facing stress and anxiety and I was on antidepressants. In 2018 i joined yoga classes and the exercises that I did during the classes caused severe injury to my whole left body . The pain then radiated from waist to my leg and upper back to head and face ,it was weird pain and nerve irritations on my face . I visited an orthopedic doctor and they prescribed multi vitamins and pain killers but the pain became worse day by day and then I did my MRI in 2018 but nothing came out of it . I visited more than 15 doctors including neurologist, orthopedic , physiotherapist it gave me temporary relief but didn't cure the problem . Some physiotherapists made my condition worse by making me lift weights . I started feeling weakness and stiffness in my body. Then last year in March in 2022 i got to know about Kumbhak astang chikitsa. I joined that course , Swani Rajvibhu taught us about neuromusculoskeletal disorders and with this therapy I took 7-8 sittings of hizama therapy. Gradually i started feeling better and my body pain started decreasing . Kumbhak gave me internal strength which led to my body stiffness becoming less day by day and then I realised the root cause of my problem , which was severe stiffness in my whole left body . Both sides of my body were imbalanced according to Swami rajvibhu. And last April after taking hizama I discontinued taking medicines . And that's how I'm managing my fibro without medicine and healthy diet called DIP diet. I have included lots of fruits and vegetables in my diet.ghee in morning empty stomach as said Swami rajvi bhu to us.

For all suffering from fibromyalgia should screen for celiac disease. Or should take gluten challenge test and again screen for celiac disease. I have been cured from this disease.

@@bharathab177 bro bro,, a doctor gave me some medicines, after that I was feeling good, regular exercise made me good.. doctor told me not to play football but I always played,, I was completely fit ( I took medicine for only 1 month ) ..
Bt after lockdown, pain is back, I gained some weight in that period, lack of exercise, lack of game play,, now I suffered again, very pathetic.. & lower back pain is no added with this

@@bharathab177 it is in my hometown bro.. Midnapore town at West Bengal.. I visited him in 2016, I guess.. I didn't feel any pain from 2019 but lockdown 😢 he is an orthopedic surgeon

Those tender pts are even tender for normal people , that's an old diagnosis
Dulaxetine is the best medicine for it, Talk to your Dr. and start taking it, it may take 3 weeks to 1 month to show improvement keep taking it
I am suffering for 25 years from this problem, and shown it to many doctors but no one was able to cure it, one Doctor prescribed me this medicine and now I am fine for the last 3 years, the time I started taking this medicine
