Caramel Bread Pudding | Indian Bread Pudding Recipe

500 ml Full fat milk
4 bread slices (sides cut)
4 eggs
1 tbsp butter salted
1/4th cup granulated sugar
A Pinch of nutmeg
Few drops of Vanilla Essence
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp water
3 drops lime juice (to avoid crystallisation)
