It may be slightly off, as I have to manually sync the audio and video because I export them separately. Sometimes I’m lazy, sometimes I’m off, and my edits are somewhat less than perfect ;)

Musescore offers an export to MIDI option, which is what I use. Unfortunately, when you export the MIDI, some softwares can't read the sustain pedal. What I do after, is I add sustain pedal and edit the MIDI via a DAW (I use PreSonus Studio One, free version because I'm poor), to polish the parts the sheets don't do justice to. Finally, I used VSTHost (www.hermannseib.com/english/vsthost.htm) to record the MIDI through a VST. If you have any other questions, feel free to find me on Discord! My username is zzz#4193.
