Seeing Gulbahar pleading with Bayezeid to wake up must have reminded Kosem of when she did the same with Mehmet.

At least Ibrahim has lineage so his lineage survives even via Turhan.

Why Kosem wants to rule the state? I do not understand his wish. What if she stays just as a mother of sultan and only rule a haram?

She is fictional, but she is the Mother of Prince Bayezid and she was a Haseki of Sultan Ahmet.

      Fatma(Gülbahar) Sultana/Hatun
She was born in 1590, her father is grand Vezir and she's an only child of her father and late mother. Her father named her Fatma, in 1612 he offered Ahmet to marry his daughter Fatma. Fatmas beauty makes Ahmet agree with the offer. And Ahmet renamed Fatma in Gülbahar. Which means Spirit rose. Gülbahar was quiet and a wise character. She never pronounces herself anywhere and she always stays out of trouble. She gives birth to Ahmet for what she's titled as Sultana. Before giving birth, Kösem sent her to the old palace because she entered the place where she met Ahmet. And Kösem get jelaous. But she that night got pregnant and returned back to Harem and gave birth... But after Ahmet's death in 1617 she made a riot for dethrone Murad and put Beyazid on the throne. That riot was unsuccessful and Kösem as Regant exiled Gülbahar to Amasya with only one maid and took all the money. So she couldn't do something again.
After all the years she returned back in 1638.... You know the rest...

If you ask me, I know Gülbahars will and her wish, she knows that Murad isn't any better than his mother. And she did all that sin for Beyazıd's future and her. In reality she never gave birth to a son she gave birth to a daughter. But her daughter died 3 months ago after birth for what her title stayed as Hatun(girl) and after Ahmet's death she was sent to an old palate where she died in 1660 without anyone.

@@sproutssupport7789 Really? I never knew that. Ahmed's Consorts are not well documented and only Kosem and Mahifiruz are known for sure and many of his children's mothers are unknown but I did see that he had a Haseki named Fatma who was the Mother of Abide Sultan so it makes sense.
