What if you grilled the peaches? Then added the sugar & lemon to them in a grill safe dish and left in the bbq with the burners off to finish cooking? Btw it might look like I’m binge watching your videos (coz I 1000% am 🤪) but you guys do such an incredible job!

So I just bought the cocktail already mixed because I’m lazy. But then when I got home I was like “ I don’t wanna LOOK like I’m lazy” so I literally blender and orange and mixed it in. And it tastes bomb 😂 like it’s so good

My grandma just lost her pup said she'd love a Bellini. I picked up the booze and puree. What's the ratio. I'm not sure if she'll drink it but gonna make it anyway. Ratio 1 cup puree to what boize
Hey Kevin, first of all, love your videos! Your a absolutely super talented and wonderful 👏. My question is: If I make the purèe, what is it shelf life? Will it be good to use after 6-12 hours or it will oxidate and change the flavor ? Thank you for your help, Ura, braten!
Put it in the fridge and it's good for up to three days or maybe even more if you're fridge is cold enough. One thing I do, when we are in a white peach season, is that I seal it and put it in the freezer. That way I have this puree in hand when I need it. Just make sure to give it out of the freezer in advance. Thank you so much for your kind words! Cheers!

Ok but 29 min in the oven for the peaches... but at what temperature??
David, at 0:53 I mention to preheat the oven to 180°/360°F, then place them in there for 20 minutes. Thanks for asking and I hope they turn out great!
