This look wonderful Karen...pineapple and cheese ...what could go wrong with that combo!! and it is a recipe one can 'switch-up' by adding cranberries and maybe some pecans or nut of choice...maybe even some unsweetened coarse shredded coconut.

I've never tried this although I've seen the recipe before and been intrigued. I've even seen a recipe that calls for the addition of a small can of diced green chilies. I really wonder what that would taste like....a little sweet and a little spicy. Love your channel, Karen, and wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving!
Oh yeah, that buttered dish is a must.. this is sooooo good. I plan to make it for Thanksgiving. I’m not sure if you’re an inspiration or an instigator 😂😂😂😂. My husband said every time I watch you he can see the wheels turning… 😂😂. I said that’s a good thing ain’t it. He said we cook a lot alike. He’s right… Thank you Karen for being you.
