I watched a video from three months ago where R.J. Spina was asked if healing frequencies actually heal. He stated that although they can have a healing type of "effect", they don't actually heal because our ears would not actually be able to hear the true healing frequencies. So I am curious about whether the healing frequency in this video can result in physical healing or not.

I have just started the book and have the app and program from your website. This meditation with the mesmerizing visuals is truly healing. The centre is mg spine and the sides represent balance between my hips where the coccyx has pulled over. The pink that is quickly replaced with blue tones is inflammation being quelled and the ever-moving tiny shapes are components of my immune response. All is being aligned as I meditate with my eyes open. This works for any part of the body as it is so perfectly balanced. I am sharing this with friends. Just beautiful. 🙏
