Today's video is inspired by a beautiful concept called the Butterfly Effect. It’s the idea that even the smallest of our actions can cause ripples in the world, altering the course of events. Did you know that a tornado in the US can be influenced by seemingly minor thing such as the flapping of the wings of distant butterflies in Africa?
Similarly, our small act of kindness, a simple smile, and those positive vibrations that we send out can have an exponential effect somewhere else, we may never witness. But these seemingly unimportant things and gestures are like the butterfly effect.
Hope this video will help you in your meditation practice and have some butterfly effect somewhere.

As a young person who is slowly getting over their fear of adults you don't know how much this helps me. Bless you and your beautiful child. Remind them their not alone and give them their space. A lot of the other meditation videos are not as amazing as this one, I felt my vibration going up as soon as I started listening to this, if you are seeing this then you have a gift because you are being enlightened from a spiritual awakening, just wait and feel free and happy and you will attract the right things in life be yourself

I just want you to know that you’re absolutely amazing and I’m so so proud of you for all of the internal work + healing that you’re doing. I understand that it may not always feel great, and unfortunately transformation doesn’t feel great at times, which is absolutely ok 💓.
I’m wishing you much love, strength, wisdom, courage and determination with moving forwards. The old parts of yourself are only showing up because they’re wanting to be transformed, forgiven and seen through the eyes of love. Trust in your timing. What’s meant for you is meant for you, first trust your intuition on that and never let any other person make you feel otherwise about what you know, deep down, to be true.

I hope that you’ll look back on this period and be grateful for the challenges because they help with persevering and building your inner strength. I know they certainly don’t feel that way but it’s all about the timing as this transformation period is helping prepare you to be an energetic match for all that will bring you much greatness + good. ✨🌞🦋
Keep the vision on wanting to become the butterfly and detach from the caterpillar… let the shedding of your skin go through it’s needed process. It won’t be easy and there’s no need to hold perfectionism. Life is all about loving yourself, loving every part of yourself and letting yourself be imperfect… imperfectly perfectly YOU. It’s the essence behind your dreams and the fact that you’re willing to surrender the ego + the outcome in order to continue forwards with bravery, with faith in the Universe, in the YOUniverse, that is the most important factor. And considering that you are not just a human being but a spiritual being, let yourself surrender to the Universe and work with it to co-create a life that is in accordance to your desires (highest good, of course). Everything happens at the divine right timing. Remember, focus on what you CAN control (i.e. thoughts - falling into a negative thought is ok, it’s normal and do the best that you can to not beat yourself up. What matters the most is how you choose to react to it because the light and the darkness/shadow is just as equally as important as one another, actions, habits, beliefs, the energy you give out, etc.)
Trust the process, as challenging as it may feel. I’m with you (in heart/as part of the collective consciousness) and support you every step of the way. Let the Universe focus on what you CAN’T control (I apologize for the capital letters, no intentions of coming across as shouting but rather to spread my message), such as the timing, the form, other people - like how everyone has their own timing with growth and change, how others are (as hard as it can be, it’s important to accept everyone for exactly as they are because it’s not you but them who are the ones that must put in the healing +work) /when.
Don’t beat yourself up about your past. Leave it behind but take the wisdom with you, thus providing good judgement and knowing what serves you + what doesn’t. Sometimes the most difficult relationships are mirrors of what you need to heal or for example, your parent(s) are teaching you to love yourself through them struggling to love themselves. I hope that you’re understanding what I’m saying, it’s highlighting the importance of wisdom and learning to accept that you can’t change others but should consider seeing them through the lenses of compassion.
Not sure who will need to hear this, but forgive yourself first and everything else will fall into line. By radically accepting + forgiving yourself, that will heal the external relationships that need them as well but don’t try to push or basically “try” too hard. And truthfully, it will help bring all which is for your highest good towards your way. Forgiveness and healing is a natural process, thus is unable to be rushed.
Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck. You’ll come out of this radiating divinely, and if it feels otherwise, your feelings are completely valid for feeling that way and I hold much compassion for that, believing that your greatest good will come out of this. There’s light at the end of the tunnel and I wholeheartedly believe in your greatness. 🙏🏻✨💫🌠🌌🌅🌄

This Butterfly Effect changed something in me.
I always believed that when you put out high vibration actions to the world, these high vibrations will come back in manifestation of things, people, places and events. This means, you "attract" something in return.
However, when I learned about the Butterfly Effect, I was stunned by this philosophy. Butterfly Effect comes from the perspective of "giving freely" just because you understand that your small positive actions can benefit someone and something - somewhere, somehow. Even if we don't know who, when or how.
Giving is divine. How much more if we give freely. Thus, Butterfly Effect philosophy.
How do we make this as part of our newfound life?
The simple task is to consciously do, think and be the source of high vibration or positivity even in the smallest way we can possibly give. A smile, a blessing, a cheer, a kind word, appreciation... Even in a loving kiss.
Not only we make this world a better place but spiritually, our soul becomes more radiant, beautiful and aligned.

My best friend Regina died in front of me 4 years ago in june, she later came back to me as an orange butterfly, I am certain it was her, as the first time the butterfly came was when I was on the ground in the woods screaming her name over and over.. it circled me and wasn´t to be scared off by my noise and contractive energies.. I now have a substantial tattoo of this butterfly on my chest.. as it has given me faith.. faith in more than I understand.. and a growing willingness for transformation..from - within & towards love, knowing there is so much more going on than I am aware of.. in whatever way faith may reach you - please let it & congratulations!!!!!!!!!! This is a turning point, when faith becomes part of you and for my life proof that purpose is possible to be found in the worst pain imaginable

My beloved cat disappeared one and a half years ago, and a couple of weeks later I was walking in the forest, looking for her as I did every day, and an orange butterfly started following me. It was completely unafraid, it landed on me and circled me, and followed me even as I walked. I thought of Maui, my cat, and the thought struck me, could it be her? Now that I read your comment I am convinced. Thank you for this beautiful comment. Now I can finally accept that Maui is dead, and she said goodbye to me that day in the forest. Now meditation take me anywhere I desire. I have learned a lot about who I am what I want and the meaning of life . I love to meditation. I’m so great full I can do it any time I want. I’m thankful that I somehow come across guided meditation which extremely helped me at the beginning to focus my mind. By meditation my maid now do not worry or think negatively unnecessarily. It knows me and is looking after me. Meditation take me to higher conciseness dimensions with higher energy vibrations where there is abundance of love and peace , calmness and happiness. please keep practicing and the change for better will come. The power is inside you. Love the planet and us..☯️☯️
