You do NOT need to remove the bumper to get the fenders/wings off. Just go through the steps to loosen the corner of the bumper where the fender is that you want to R&R, and remove the headlight on that side as well. The bumper is made of rubber! Simply flexing it a bit after removing the two attachment bolts gives you access to the two screws that are hidden by the bumper. That's it. All the other steps to R&R the fender can be done without doing anything else to the bumper.

yes otherwise difficult to remove the bolt at 03:07 in the video
Not essential to take bumper off to change front wing. Just changed mine without removing the bumper. A lot easier.
