No, please don't regret being our wonderful and beloved Doctor! I think I'm not the only one who would like to know more about your character's future. A film would be great, a series even better, but the most beautiful and fittig would be an opera about the greatest EMH in the universe! :)

Star Trek: Discovery takes place in the future, well beyond any other series, so why not play the Doctor again in one of those episodes? Say the crew of Discovery come across some wrecked Starfleet vessel and its AI is still operating and you sir, were its AI. Or something of that sort. In either case I would really love to see you back in Star Trek in some way.
I loved Robert Picardo in China Beach and of course as the Doctor on Voyager. Its good to him again. He and Brent Spiner should do a show together. I'd like to see a light sitcom based in the Star Trek universe focusing on Doctor Soong and Doctor Zimmerman and it could be about 30 minutes long. I mean I know thats a dumb idea but they are both good comic actors and have great timing and a dry sense of humor. Anyway... Cheers Mr Picardo! Thanks for making me smile today!!!
Mr picardo, your character was always my favourite. During your time portraying an artificial-intelligence hologram it became apparent to me that you possess incredible skills in bringing any character you touch to life. I have cried watching your acting and I have laughed, in my view that is the greatest gift as an actor can give to anyone, thank you for the New Perspectives and all the emotions you caused me to bring to surface. I sincerely hope I get to see your smiling face in another production of any kind. Personally, I consider you one of the great actors of our time.
