Love all the details, like how he seems a little repulsed when summoning Grand Stand. And the victory pose, when combining the laugh with that animation, is kinda terrifying.

This character seems to have been updated a bit in the released Joel MUGEN full game thing. Attack Helicopter is no longer a thing (d,b+HK does Super Big now), and a more traditional Shoryuken move replaced Super Big's old motion. Also, you could now call Chinese Rev as an assist with MP+MK.
I noticed some things while using him with certain moves. Hadooken: If you try to throw 2 on the screen at once, the 2nd just falls offscreen, making it impossible to spam it from afar. Kermit Snaps: Input the command while Kermit is on the screen, and he’ll shoot again. His fire rate is unlimited. I Am Fist of the North Star: Has a special “fatal finish” if an opponent is killed with it.
Unfortunately, Uncle Joel and many of the other creator's characters are banned. You can find Uncle Joel and the creator's other vinesauce related characters at SpriteClub.

It took me 4 years to realize that Joel’s sprite work is based on michael roa valdamjong from melty blood. It fits quite well!
