Late talaga pinas , yan gamit dito sa UK since 60's pa .matibay at structurally feasible din. Sana i practice din double walling (cavity wall) na may cavity insulation para ung temperature sa loob balance lang kahit mainit o malamig. Medyo may presyo construction pero in a long run makatipid sa koryente etc. Good content bro!

Iba ang quality ng German engineered na gamit mapa construction, medical machines or automobile. Yung mga buildings nila dun napaka hirap i-drill nung minsang nag kabit kami ng wall mounted na TV sobrang tigas talaga at partida pa yun kasi 1960s pa yung building na tinirahan namin and construction nila ang bilis din kasi parang lego lang yung pag buo nila. Andito na ako ngayon sa Canada pansin ko ibang iba ang quality ng building dito compare sa Germany.

Hindi nila isasali ang presyo kc alam nila n mamamahalan tyo😂 mahina s marketing tong mga to, gusto nila kalimutan natin amg presyo kaya lagi nilang binabangit n mabilis at makakatipid s labaor, well infact hndi tyo makakatipid, nag compute aq ng 4mtr x 4mtr na pader, na 4” n aac, halaga ng nun ay 1500 ang isa, umabot ng total of 300k sa isang pader n may sukat n 4mtrs x 4 mtrs. S tingin hndi makatarungan ang presyo n yan kaya hndi nila yan binabangit s kahit anong video nila.

@blacksheep864 on the contrary, genius sa marketing ang hindi bangittin ang price kasi hindi nila market yung walang pera..tsaka mali, 4x4 meters nasa around 50 to 60k lang incl installation...not 300k..mahina rin sa math yung hindi market ng aac....yung 1,500 is per sqm po

Haha. Mahal yang per Sq mtrs ng aac. Ndi Kasali labor nasa almost 3000 nah ang 4 inches nila. Yung 6 inches Lampasas 3000 per Sq mtrs

Hi, does the factory of AAC blocs, guarantee that the blocs (and all components) on long term, aren't harmfull for the health for the people living in houses constructed with it. If they guarantee (!) it, do they distribute exactly the same ones (/= same components) in the USA?

Is there an AAC block designed for or can be used as floor slab? If available, how do you install it? Will cutting a portion of blocks to embed electrical conduits and water plumbing reduces the strength of the block? Thanks.

Ask for blocs of 30/40 cm thick, with hole inside, where you can trace electrical wires or your waterpipes. This way, you'll have less finishing work.

I build a house in 1992 on another country with Siporex aka AAC blocks, is the freshest house in the neighborhood and took only 3 weeks to build all external and internal walls with only 1 Mason. I am looking for distributors here in Mindanao to not available. The hollow blocks here are very bad compared to AAC blocks. AAC are meant for this kind of climate and are very easy to make and to work with, I wonder why are not used here.

The reason why mostly hollow blocks are not durable? Because of using substandard materials...In shorts, Corruption's.
Have you found a AAC block supplier in Mindanao? I think Stärken would deliver here, but at additional cost. Anyone else?

I have a hard time believing much of this video. AAC blocks absorb about 10% it's weight in water. Hardly water proof as claimed. Also load bearing walls for hanging shelves must have back supports and support reinforcement rebar or it will collapse. I wouldn't use this stuff on outside walls, but it would be good for interior walls.
Hollow blocs also absorb water, so...?
Come in Europe, and see how here houses are build quick and good with similar blocs. Outside is finished mostly with brics/bric strips, against rain and other weather elements.

This is poor marketing strategy. If you can saw this, that's means it's softer than CHB and fire resistant is of course not 4hours as explained.
