americans pay $800 to live in the same condition my dogs do. and you can;t even find Romania on a map with your education levels but I live better than 95% of all americans and that is objectively and measurably true.
Wow this was an interesting vlog. Sorry you had to deal with that experience, but I also appreciate you expressing your thoughts & also mentioning how these times can be just different/unfortunate for people- all sharing a communal space which leads to conflicts
What is even more interesting to me is now that I have had time away from the situation and time to reflect, I feel like it was a good experience for myself.. It really helped me have more empathy for people who really are financially struggling.. and also added this element of unrecognized privilege because I was able to "walk away and have time to reflect" We tend to label homeless and the poor as more violent, but with out room to escape and reflect it is harder for them to manage all this stress!
