Hello mam , if notice stated period 10 days not 15 days as required but lessor filed suit for eviction after 20 days then notice shall be deemed valid as per section 106 sub section 3. Is it right mam?
In the absence of contract lease for agriculture purpose shall be deemed to be a lease from year to year but as per section 107 A lease from year to year required in written contract and registration, i have little confusion in my mind. Is it not contradictory? Pls suggest me mam..
*106 is only talking about Agricultural Lease (yearly, when contract is missing) *107 is taking about General Lease which is Mandatory for All kinds of Lease (Except Agricultural)
