s.126 provides for revocation
a-The donor and donee may specifically provide by agreement
b-the validity of the gift depends upon the happenening of any specified event
c-Such specified deed does not depend on the will of the donor
d-such gift become void wholly or partly
e-a gift may be revoked on all the grounds as available in the contract

Aur abb kisi wakeel(advocate) ne uspar kabza Kiya hai.
Jisne uss property ko khareeda tha usne kaha hai ki aap log uss property ko wapas Lo.
Toh kya uss property ko hum wapas le sakte hai?
Agar le sakte hai toh usko wapas Lene ka procedure kya hai?

Agar husband expire Kar Gaye ho aur maa baap nahi hai. Toh wife ki 3 beti hai. Usne Sabhi property Registry Kar Di 1 beti ko baaki ke dono Beti se poochh Kar toh Sahi hai ya ghalat. 5 Bhatija aur 3 Bhatiji v hai.
