I think he probably struggle to keep Boothill team alive with Gallagher (which can definitely happened since Boothill in this showcase isn't built to be tanky and he also taunt Hoolay who have a whopping 264 spd and can hit hard). The differences between Gallagher and Lingsha wasn't that significant so he probably give Lingsha to Boothill for more comfort (basically less resetting) As for why not use Bronya instead of Robin, i can't really see any reason, the only thing i can think of is either maybe he doesn't have her (which is unlikely but could happened), or he decided to use Robin instead so that Lingsha can fit into the team without running into sp issues

Bronya eats up a lot of skill points while Robin is more or less skill point neutral. I recreated both teams on my account and also got full clearance therefore I know. Hoolay can sometimes hit so many times in a row that putting in entire new round for all team mates to heal or eventually break his resistance bar so he’ll be interrupted works wonders against Hoolay, who can hit you 6 times in a row, if you let him. Also Robin increased the dmg of all characters so Lingsha can benefit from it too. I mean if you have all these characters then you should try to recreate it and replace Robin with Bronya.

E1 Bronya is pretty good for Boothill, I know Sunday seems better for Boothill than Bronya, but I don't think he's really needed for Boothill. However... if you plan on using summoner dps in the future, then pull Sunday now, or you'll regret it later. It's up to you which team you want to use Boothill on, my recommended Boothill team: Boothill + Harmony MC + Ruan Mei + Gallagher/Lingsha Boothill + Bronya/Sunday + Ruan Mei/Pela + Gallagher/Lingsha Boothill + Harmony MC + Bronya/Sunday + Gallagher/Lingsha
rappa got more hits with her ult having three basic attacks (two blasts and an aoe) she really chunks out more of the weakness bar so she isn’t reliant on ruan mei.
