When your shield is charged default option is the SAED. If you want AED, just hold the opposite direction your character is facing and press the normal attack button to cancel into AED Hold down (away from character facing) + Triangle for PS/Mouse 1 for PC

That was awesome! Gonna be honest, I didn't even know you could do the regular AED, I assumed having your shield charged gave you the SAED lol
