Justice Thomas clearly is. I'd agree Trump is as well, but at least with Trump we have seen some action on accountability. There has been a distinct lack of discussion on criminal accountability for Thomas. Also, Cavanaugh is very apparently a rapist yet the government sees fit to cover that up, just as they did for Thomas. Congress can go through the toothless ceremony of impeachment for Thomas, but the DOJ should have been pursuing criminal charges against Thomas years ago. Tax fraud, if nothing else. Nothing gets a resignation faster than prosecution, ask Spiro Agnew.

I have heard this from people in both parties. And, sadly, our Senators and Representatives, many of whom were there on January 6th, have done a 180° turn around. You know whonyou are! I mean, who was it that was filmed saying, "I'm done. It's over!" after the riot. Yet, when everyone gathered back to finish the job, they goose-stepped right back in line, and went along with the party vote?
There were a few brave Republicans who stood up to say, "No More!!"
Then, they were invited to visit DJT after he moved to Florida. By the time they left, it was obvious they had drunk the koolaid, and they were on his side, once again.
I have a theory.
It's obvious that not all Republicans have been on the Feckless Fuhrer's side at all times. In those cases where the koolaid is ineffective, they are invited to visit DJT. So, they go to visit Himself, and they are replaced by duplicates, a la "Invasion of the Body Snatchers". I see no other way that seemingly intellegent people have caved to DJT's will so quickly, unless they are replaced with mindless duplicates. In today's climate, who can tell the difference?

Mr. Kinzinger has flourished since his last appearance on this show. He is more energetic, direct and eloquent than ever before. I am not a Republican, but I think it would be great news for this country if he, together with Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Chris Christie and other moderate Republicans ousted from their own populist party became the founders of an intelligent, truly patriotic and democratic right-wing party.
He should go for president, either as a Democrats or independent someday.

Used to be 3 equal branches of government. Supreme court now says Executive Branch can overrule everything. The president used to be an employee of the country, now is a Emperor of the country due to Supreme Court.

It's sadly not true that "No one is above the law." Trump, clearly is.
Justice Thomas clearly is. I'd agree Trump is as well, but at least with Trump we have seen some action on accountability. There has been a distinct lack of discussion on criminal accountability for Thomas. Also, Cavanaugh is very apparently a rapist yet the government sees fit to cover that up, just as they did for Thomas.
Congress can go through the toothless ceremony of impeachment for Thomas, but the DOJ should have been pursuing criminal charges against Thomas years ago. Tax fraud, if nothing else. Nothing gets a resignation faster than prosecution, ask Spiro Agnew.
