@@jaidenbell-goodwin7368 The only reason why she placed low was because of Tina's busted make up and they were judged in pairs. If she was partnered with anyone else, she would have been at least safe. Thank God she didn't place in the bottom due to someone else's mistakes.

It's easier to do everything in the same room. And I don't think they have room to shoot head on while on the main stage.

@@tink58bell what does that have to do with filming on the main stage that is down the hall? They film on the main stage every challenge for the runways.
Simple: they'd have better control in a designated filming room with a green screen. Even the conditions in the werk room would still be manageable. Filming on the main stage would require them to pick up production and tweak out a lot more factors (lighting, angles, sound, etc). That's what a green screen is for. The production for this video isn't the same as seeing the main stage in an episode. The episodes require a lot more editing and it would just be a waste to put in all that work for a 9 minute challenge.
They should've called this "Henny, I need new writers!"

It was not written for them, if that was the case there wouldn’t have been a need for Kandy and Symone to haggle over the roles. It was written based on them. Playing themselves is safe at this point. I was shocked everyone chose to basically play themselves instead of stepping outside the box.

Why did they climb up the work table only to jump down?! If pressing the shade button gets them back to normal size, why did Olivia press it for Kandy?!?!
There is no answer because it's not supposed to make sense, but I'm a psychological problem solver, so here we go:
They climbed the table because they saw the cord hanging down and thought it might be the only way to climb up to the the height of the button. They would figure out how to get further once there. They jumped because Kandy was coming and wanted to hide low.
Olivia pressed the shade button because she had just thrown shade, AND her character was stupid. The scene ended there, but had it continued, the other queens could have yelled, "Noooooo!"

When I originally watched this I thought it had to be the longest acting challenge ever, at least 15 minutes
Olivia's movement is so one note. That's how she walk in all of s13"s acting challenge.
They should have picked different roles, they're literally just playing themselves. At least this way we can see who are versatile at acting

I just have countered her reply with saying how Rose does the same face every time, while it's not true cause during her commercial Rose was very different, during her musical she was different as well. So I do agree with Buckle, Rose has shown us versatility with her rusical as she played a happy theatrical character, while in the commercial she was very confident and sure of selling her brand.
And here we have Symone and Gottmik, Gottmik keeps giving us the paris hilton voice and Symone does the FAC'TRY / DEBR'AH kind of personality to every single challenge not counting the rusical where she looked obviously bored and displeased.
Yet no one baffles to see or mention that yet attack Rose for being one note? this is something I don't understand.

Rosé actually does change it up, like her character in the Rusical is much more theatre (aka Broadway) while this character is much more Jim Henson (aka children's television).
Rosé was great in this! I liked Symone and Gotmik as well, but i’ve seen this from them.

I feel like the good writer left after Season 8's Bitch Perfect, RuCo’s Empire and Season 9's 9021-HO cause every acting challenge since Breastworld has been unbelievably boring , un interesting and doesn’t make sense half the time.
They should have made this season a have more sewing challenges, it'll be beneficial since they don't have to spend much on bringing outfits

@@trashpageant7861 Definitely agree with that. I guess since it was GottMik (and let's be honest, they're setting her up to win, because Symone, Kandy and Rosé are good choices for All Stars), they just praised her so that it doesn't seem questionable to keep her safe.
If that role was played exactly the same way by anyone else, the bottom two would be exactly the same.
At least that's how it feels tbh.

i honestly felt gottmik’s performance was reminiscent of Scaredy Kat from UK1 and was expecting her to be i’m the bottom or read to pieces for it
For me this is the most horrible challenge they've ever done in the show.
Seems like they ran out of ideas to make this season as longer as possible and the outcome is not getting any good

One of the most underrated lines is when mik drops the accent to say Dominique
Kandy was shading Olivia saying she's underperforming by playing a character she always plays. But literally so did everyone else... even Kandy bucked up for the Domonique role because it was sOoOoOo her personality. Then she tried to coerce Symone into her role because allegedly that was sOoOoOo Symone's personality.
@fuck2016 I don't think what Kandy does can even be called playing a character lmao she's doing the same thing Vanjie was doing- being herself and trying to be funny. but, to be fair, with such a distinctive voice and personality I guess it is difficult to play something other than yourself.
There was not even the Everyone Loves Puppets mini challenge they usually have with the Top 5 episode.🥲

Idea-wise, the creative team was really on the struggle bus this season.
Rosé was so good. It was obviously very fake but with this script and production that’s exactly what you expect
