people never gave matu enough credit in old liquid.
he was the player that kept everything together, he made space for miracle by fighting early, playing the hard lanes. pretty much just playing as a pos3 on pos1.
miracle was the win condition, but matu was the one getting them there.

Do you know the word "META"? At that time, safe laners (Ramzes, Moogy) played like pos1 veno and mid played bloodseeker. It's not strange. Even Gh played pos4 visage and slardar.
@@furuyarei4511 Agreed. maybe Kuro could have figured out how to make Matu a second Miracle-, but they achieved alot together. People forget that 99.99% of pro dota players fail completely. They got many championships and TI7. Its a good run.

@@ERIXHde I said picking veno for pos1 is not strange. NyKx guy prob didnt know pos1 veno was meta at that time that's why I said. What is wrong with playing only green heroes? W33 reached ti final with TA. Ammar played 5 heroes and still won major.

The TI champion draft league:
All interested TI champions would join the league. A number of captains equal to number of players / 5 are chosen randomly. Captains draft 4 other Ti champion teammates, then play a round robin tournament
Now we need this for the marathon game against VP at TI7 x)
i think LQ - VP game 1 is one of the best game in this TI. May be more than this game. i dont remember how many time LQ bait Vp for just 1 last melee rax

Matu is such a key player in any team. He can tank any lane and any match up to ensure his team at least decent conditions to win

Observe how better their play and drafting were when they were managed by liquid, one thing i learned is that playing under an org might mean less money but it sure as heck is worth it for players.
