"No! You can tell 'em all now I don't back up, I don't back down, I don't fold up and I don't bow, I don't roll over, don't know how." This is why I love LP.
When I was 14, I went through depression for the first time in my life and during those days, I felt completely empty inside. After months of trying to cope with it, Linkin Park was the first thing since it started that made me feel something. I knew, while listening to the song Crawling, that someone knew exactly what I was going through. That they were going through the same thing. Linkin Park taught me to scream it out.
Currently my favorite song. LP has a lot of great songs but there is just something special about this one. Mikes rapping is on point, Chester's singing is amazing, the message of the song and awesome best just make me wanna turn up the volume...what's not to love.
Oh I know right? Fucking hate all that trendy pop shit. All those idols and their ghost writers circle jerking in their penthouse office paid for with the money they snatch from all their bovine-faced fans. I always take to the comments of VeVo videos from "artists" like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and that Beiber pest! Granted my comment is drowned out by all the fans that enjoy the music for the sake of it being music that also couldn't give a shit when it comes to production cause music is something that's subject to each person and holds it's own unique meaning depending on the individual. But fuck those guys amarite? I'll stick to shoving my semen laced comments down their brain dead throats until they like true music.
I never cared about any celebrity deaths, but I literally cried all day when I found out Chester was gone... like I have a linkin park tattoo and everything.
Hmm then forgive me on what I said.... for the majority of time it's been the opposite for me and some others I know. That girls have always been the one's cheating on the guy. Sorry to hear that happened though...

Yeah, yo
You were that foundation
Never gonna be another one, no
I followed, so taken
So conditioned, I could never let go
Then sorrow, then sickness
Then the shock when you flip it on me
So hollow, so vicious
So afraid, I couldn't let myself see
That I could never be held
Back or up, no, I hold myself
Check the rep, yep, you know mine well
Forget the rest, let them know my hell
There and back, yet my soul ain't sell
Kept respect up, the best they fell
Let the rest be the tale they tell
That I was there, saying...
In these promises broken, deep below
Each word gets lost in the echo
So, one last lie I can see through
This time, I finally let you go, go, go
Test my will, test my heart
Let me tell you how the odds gonna stack up
Y'all go hard, I go smart
How's that working out for y'all in the back, huh?
I've seen that frustration
Been crossed and lost and told no
And I've come back, unshaken
Let down and lived and let go
So, you can let it be known
I don't hold back, I hold my own
I can't be mapped, I can't be cloned
I can't C-flat, it ain't my tone
I can't fall back, I came too far
Hold myself up and love my scars
Let the bells ring wherever they are
'Cause I was there, saying...
In these promises broken, deep below
Each word gets lost in the echo
So, one last lie I can see through
This time, I finally let you go
No, you can tell 'em all now
I don't back up, I don't back down
I don't fold up and I don't bow
I don't roll over, don't know how
I don't care where the enemies are
Can't be stopped, all I know, go hard
Won't forget how I got this far
For every time, saying...
In these promises broken, deep below
Each word gets lost in the echo
So, one last lie I can see through
