Is this any different from the spring in dynamics objects ? ( Create > Geometry > Dynamics Objects > spring) Awesome tutorial though !
When I go to track view, even with the helix selected, it shows nothing under "world", please help
Edit: Okay nevermind I fixed it. If you encounter the same problem just toggle the "Filter- Animation Tracks Toggle" and now I see everything :D

Hey OK so need to compress a spring from within down a close edge to inner side. I'll do a diagram and post so you can see 👀. You've got it down perfect but I'm struggling because the center of the process is not central and thanks for responding
