  • On this episode of TLA, I go out to the Alameda Rock Wall to assess the current status of the halibut fishery in the area. With the ARW tournament scheduled for June 1, 2024, I was looking to provide some insight into how things are shaping up. Additionally, for those who may be undecided about attending kayak fishing events, I offer some reasons to participate. For those sitting on the fence about attending kayak fishing events, I give some reason WHY! It's such a big part of Kayak Fishing. Check out all the fun on this episode of TLA. Very nice. Do you have any problems with the stability of the Revolution 13?

Awesome stuff, Chovy😎. By the way, what is the legal size for white sea bass in the Bay? In case I get lucky and catch one this year😊 TIA

I love watching your videos and others, to soak up knowledge, however I am going to pass some to you and others about something my father taught me when I was young. And that is the proper way to gaff a fish. Thumbs up,not down. Watch your video again. First you almost went thumb down but changed to up ( yeah) but then you didn’t grip it well. Next you were thumb down again but changed to up just after the gaff. I see this a lot in videos and cringe. I’m a novice but grateful for the things my dad taught me.
