5:15 that is just poor advice there. Never hit a bolt in with a hammer. It’s supposed to go in by hand. Hitting it in is a good way to strip the tread off the bolt.

Thanks for your negative comment. however, I have been doing this a long time and I have yet to strip a thread by tapping a bolt in by hammer. Sometimes in this trade its a must, as a bolt Just sometimes will not just push in by hand.

Can i just ask if its ok to reuse the old bolt?
I've read that it should be replaced, as its a stretch bolt.
However all the video tutorials show the old bolt being reused.

My bolt by the hub is extremely rusted and won’t move. What’s the best way to go about this?

Remove the nut off first, then get the bolt turning. Get a punch and tap it out
