A woman looks back and becomes salt as a result ......That is simply unjust and wrong by any moral standard.
It is altogether most irrational and impossible to believe in Genesis 19;26 .......When the argument is weak simply shout and continually raise your voice to extinguish doubt in your hearers and then use fast talking without any rhyme or reason with a few scripture texts out of context to drive irrationality home.

Presently going through the divorce process after being betrayed by my spouse. Chris Caine finally opened my eyes with biblical evidence… I was stuck looking back at what we had and the disappointment of a life we will not share as a married couple, as well as the loss of a family for my children. It IS time to press on, while trusting the Lord for His promise that we WILL have a new and blessed beginning for being obedient to His word! Thank you, Holy Spirit, for feeding Chris, Jesus’ message❤

Lord, speak! I don’t want to be stuck looking back at my past. I want to move ahead into what God has for me! Lord, teach me, lead me, and guide me on Your ways for my life in preparation for the Kingdom of God to be revealed. I want to be that change. I want to move ahead, fix my eyes on You. Thank You Jesus for this Word
I need this today. I have been looking back in the past. In 2020 my mom died. Yes, during Covid. I miss her so much. I feel like an orphan. No earthly parents or grandparents now. I need God to step in and be my father and mother.

Such a great message. I have been having reoccurring dreams of my ex husband. And regret and doubt have been really attacking me. Almost every single night. This was needed confirmation. Years ago. I had my ex husbands contact name in my phone as “Lot’s wife”. So any time he called it reminded me to not look back!!! One day my youngest child said to me when he saw the name come up on my phone.. “who’s Lot’s wife??” I said “ your Dad”. 😂. long story. Lol. And here years later the devil tries to bring this around again. Just because I don’t see the future doesn’t mean God doesn’t have a good new plan for my life. I won’t look back. Timely message. Also, just recently I bought a big salt lamp and it’s on my kitchen counter. Lol. Good reminder right in my face daily!
Enemy is attacking our families with a Spirit of division to poison the hearts of the children. Speak edifying words of promise, and things not yet seen.

This sermon had me in tears multiple times. I needed to hear this so much! I’ve lost 2 jobs this year from being laid off and I’ve been stuck in a feeling of disappointment , worry, and confusion where I’ve lost sight of the promises of god. I can say that god has my attention now as I’m learning to place my faith in him and him alone. This sermon really touched me and although idk what the outcome of all of this will be , I do know god is with me through it all! Thank you elevation! ❤

Keep the faith. I have gone through something similar and God has helped me out big time. Still a lot of work to be done, but just keep the faith. Remember the "Anchor" is stronger than the earthly things you are encountering.
GOD will see you through. He is not a god. He is GOD Almighy.

God is moving me from one state to another…I’m leaving a church I love and people I love because He has called us to move on…for me this message has really helped me to believe God for the future He has prepared for us! Sometimes the “looking back” is at something good we are called to let go of…and it’s hard, but so possible in Jesus!

This was such a powerful sermon!!!!! For some reason, on the day it was live I’d lost my sleep ( I’m in Kenya -different time zone) and I figured I’d stream a sermon.. I saw this on my TL, and played it as the sermon had just started. I strongly believe in my heart that the Lord led me to it, it was no coincidence . I’ve always loved Christine from Better Together. awhhh. your first time hearing her? She is one of my heroes for years. Every time I read a book from her or listen to her speak, it's always relevant to my life of current or recently. Her childhood was difficult being an orphan, and out of her mess came A21- the anti human trafficking. It's incredible. I got to meet her once and got a hug, and it was the sweetest thing, and she signed Unexpected, as then it was her latest book.
Always forward never back.. whoa.. so beyond words powerful and it’s not even over yet… I was meant to hear this today and am GRATEFUL I DID
His promises are abundantly greater than we can expect!

There is Hope and Love which can only be found in Jesus. God has a purpose for you now. He sees, knows and understands the pain from your past. God doesn't see your scars from your past, whether you made mistakes or decisions where made for you. What God sees is your Beauty. He sees you as fearfully and wonderfully made. He sees His Child made out of His own image. He sees you as His Beloved, apple of His eye. If you are contemplating suicide, then please comment back. You are important! God loves you and so do I. I can't thank you enough for posting this. I wish so bad I could talk to Chris Caine about this in detail! I survived sexual abuse with my dad and when we had to empty my mother's house since she had Alzheimer's and could not live there any longer, I had to face those demons. This past Sunday I rededicated my life to Christ through Baptism. ALOT of it was listening to this service. I WILL NOT LOOK BACK. Gods got me in my today, my tomorrow and had me in His yesterday, Praising Jesus!!!!!

The timeliness of every time I hear Pastor Christine speak.. and even yesterday on the Youversion app... it brings me to tears. I love her. Thank You, God, for allowing her to be your instrument here to bring many others your message. I'm convicted and encouraged. I was obedient to what I felt God tell me, and I did something that was super difficult .. a relationship to end in person vs. any electronic devices. Idk if the guy is gonna come back to me ready, but I want to be a prisoner of hope and about my heavenly father's business. All I have to do is nothing to drift. I want to hold tight to God and his grace and my purpose.

Witnessed God's goodness in every aspect of my life yet he never fail to meet me where I exactly nedeed to be met. I was heartbroken and guilty for what I've done but after this it just reminded me to let go of the past because there are greater things he is doing and that he will be doing through me.
