When you start with your "source" you end up where you started.
How the Word tells us not to "spin" like a flower...amazing how you can read the same verse many times and never catch those small details or really understand what it means.
Elevation Church the part that challenged my perspective. Reverse your worry is where our thoughts can get us spinning round and round and the things we are worried about God is already working on.
This is a series sermon I’m learning so much in every aspect of my life to help build my faith and confidence in Christ.
My perspective of faith changed so much by the way you broke that bible verse down.. I never knew I worried so much about things I didn’t have to.. thank you Steven
Saved this message, need to hear it again. In July of 2019, I let worry and anxiety drive me to Behavioral Health Physic Ward. I was locked up for a week, totally out of my mind. When my husband got me to the ER, they had to sedate me, so they could help me. Praise God, he saved me from suicide!!!! One year later, I’m a totally new person and I’ve got to give God the Glory for healing me. Oh my, What a testimony I have from this horrific time in my life. God totally removed my worry and changed my life.

Amen to that. I am 100% certain that God routinely communicates with me, answers specific prayers for discernment about different concepts etc by way of this pastors videos. Especially when I’m distressed. I’ll get on TH-cam in one of his vids will be top center of my suggested videos feed and I hit play and the Holy Spirit starts talkin...out of Steven furticks mouth! I actually had to take a break because I started looking for his videos in place of direct convo with God and had to find some balance but this is the utmost in compliments to the pastor and church. Soooo grateful to have found them❤️

One of the coolest things that I learned was that ballerinas when they spin they focus on one spot in the distance to prevent getting dizzy. It's how they can move like that and come out walking to make their next dance move. So it made me seek more of God and focus on Him.

I called my message my church and Ruth talk to me I told her please call me and she did and she prayed with me and stuff but she told me to go to I was dying alone to tell me to go try and find another church when I couldn’t get to ride there but I didn’t want to go to another church he said I’ll just go back to AA and I gave up
I have not been asleep at all all night I did drugs yesterday been crying and crying and there’s so much going on all the time I don’t know the answer right away I don’t it takes me some time

one year ago i was borrowing money
barely paying rent, late on bills.. i've always paid my tithe but it wasn't consistent.. then i decided to make my tithe priority no matter what and without even noticing I became the lender and not the borrower and money became the least of my problems.. and i know it is because i put God first!! i don't given give money a 2nd thought anymore... true peace was giving in that area.. now to apply it to all areas in my life!!
Tithe? That was for the Levitical priests to live because they were unable to work...

My question is if some reads this that knows the 10% is by Gross wage before your tax or after and if you have huge debt do you still go by that amount ?
mslady beautiful testimony off tithe mite seem a silly question as trying to get my thick head around tithe l know its 10% off your wage but is it gross wage or after tax as in net wage as to me l paying tithe in tax ( as l sure l read that heavenly Father said pay your taxes think thats in the old testament can see by your testimony that that you put tithe first before bills etc hopeful l have made sense my biggest pomble is making stuff understandably for others thanks and many wonderful blessing come your way and your Family Amen

I have heard many teach regarding the scriptures you mentioned yet have not seen nor heard them the way God used you to deliver the message. I am a recovering addict with 22 months clean due to Gods grace. My wife separated from me yet has not divorced me due to a relapse after almost having 7 years clean from alcohol and drugs. We have a very handsome baby boy who's a little over 2 years old. Today I'm a Father and show them support. At times the enemy tempts me with fear of losing my marriage and placing the feelings of loneliness along with not being worthy. Yet the God of my understanding replaces it with His hope along with His strength and His Love to remind me of who's in charge. Which leads me to the conclusion of what I understood from your message being place God as first in my life and allow the results to depend on Him. This will re-adjust my perception and keep me focused on His will which is more important than anything that I can place in front of Him. (Matthew 6:33) Please place for the restoration of my marriage in your prayers. May God continue to bless your ministry. Love brother in Christ Danny.

My prayers are with you Danny man. Man I suffer with sexual addiction but God can help us over come our addictions by casting our cares unto him. I'm divorced and on tomorrow I will be getting married again to a wonderful God fearing woman and my best friend and true help mate. My ex -wife divorced me but I didn't divorce her. So, bro if it's meant for you and your wife to remain together then let GOD do his thing and then you fight for your marriage. Seek counseling and continue to seek GOD. You will be fine and take it one day at a time.

This is exactly what ive been speaking to my metor about... i am the world class worrier. For some reason i think worry=control. Idk where i got this illusion. This was so exactly for me. I am on spin 24/7. And the devil isnt driving me back to my addictions but he is keeping me at bay and i claim my life back today in jesus name!! I claim my mind back in jesus name !! I claim victory!!! Thank you so very much !!! Lord help this message travel from my mind to my heart!

I also struggle in school to keep a positive mindset and its hard to hear about all these bad things happening and still somehow I'm supposed to keep positive and not worry... But I know god has placed me in my situations because he knows I will grow and no challenge is too great when you have Jesus on your side.

Jade And Alanna, we are living in tough times hard to deal with according to the Bible. Things are going from bad to worse. The government is oppressing people with unemployment, no money, and homelessness. All that is enough to keep us worried, but we have to continue to pray to God to help us endure these trials and tribulations. Keep moving forward in the journey with God. He didn't say it was going to be easy. God said " he that endure to the end shall be saved". Love ya!

Steven Furtick’s sermons are what i look forward to anytime i face adversities or when I’m exhausted from all that is going on in my life. I’m a Christian but never have I quite come across a preacher who knows my heart as well as he does and whose preaching is far from sugar- coated. The State I come from is predominantly a Christian State in India- but my oh my.. our values are shallow, and empty and unfortunately Churchianity as opposed to Christianity is thriving. It seems to me that we only care about how we present ourselves on the outside. We don’t go after God’s own heart - or the majority doesn’t. Genuinely wish we had someone like Pastor Furtick to bring a revival of values in us

When I first moved to Charlotte someone took me to this church this was maybe about 5 to 6 years ago..and to be honest I didn't care for it
Coming from a person who is use to smaller church I really felt out of my comfort zone but I never forgot about it ...and a year later when I was going through one of the hardest things in my life
BOOM God guided me right back to him 🤗 and I'm thankful ...so thankful.

This was FOR ME. I recommitted to Christ in the last few weeks. I was suffering from panic attacks and just feeling lost. I'm a single mom of a little boy. I started reading and listening to the word. I'm going to church again. My son loves the children's church. I'm praying daily again. I've noticed a difference in myself and his teachers noticed a positive difference at school.The real change happened when I threw out my Wiccan books. I'm so glad to be back to the Lord. Your sermons are a huge blessing to me. God bless you.l was working as a R.N and licensed massage therapist in Oregon for over 20 years,and l contracted MRSA staph infection over my entire body.l was misdiagnosed for THREE YEARS,and became so I'll l couldn't even walk to the next room for a drink of water. I also developed daily migraine headaches since the STAPH inflamed my brain. It took TEN years to get rid of the staph,and the migraines still persist;yet are getting better.l lost EVERYTHING and had to move with my uncle in a ghost town of 3,400 people. I am from Portland, Oregon and enjoy my family there,and environment. No one in my family will let me stay with them to get rebuilt again. I have been so lonely and miss my family terribly. I pray,watch your sermons,and others,and lt seems like will l ever again be able to get my life back or rebuilt.l am lonely,and need prayer for renewal,and open doors for a place to live in The Portland/Beaverton, Oregon area so l can start slow working and saving money for my new place of my own. I don't get disability or social security benefits because I was denied so l have no income. I am truly starting from scratch. /once l find a place to stay/ my licenses are in Oregon. My Nursing license expired after 20 years due to lack of practice hours/ l was contagious and couldn't work.Thank you for your encouragement.May God bless you for your dedication. Some days your message is the only thing that keeps me going. I consider myself of strong faith,and God my #1 priority. I have and am being so challenged by this and the rejections of my family who ALL have extra rooms and homes where l could go and stay to rebuild for a while. I used to hate myself, thought nobody cared for me and many other things I can't say now, but when I started to you, knowing I'm God's child, God's obsession, I reversed my worries and now all I find myself doing before God is praise him for who he's. I accidentally turned this sermon on with my elbow on TH-cam a bit ago...on my tablet..while I was just fumbling around with stuff on my bed. I have heard it before. God must have known I need it today. I have been working hard on trying to pray for but, letting go of my 26 year old sons problems. I love him so much and it's so hard but, I know I have to give it to the Lord and quit worrying!
im a college student, i feel there's so many thing i've been worried n it just make me tired when im spinning around in my head then i realized myself didnt make any progress.

I had to stop this video, I felt the need to invite my mother to listen. Although she couldn't come over for it, she says she will listen. I pray she does. It is our nature to worry as mothers and grandmothers, I feel. So these words are helping me realize how many times I have gone in circles.

I really needed this right now. My biggest worries are, if I am leading or trying to lead the correct life. That I'm not doing it for selfish reasons. How will I know I'm living true to his word and true to his teachings. Right now I feel so lost and broken. I'm terrified of what's after death. Im terrified of failing everyone. Im so terrified of everything. Its causing me such great anxiety that its to a point of torture. I so badly want Gods love and forgiveness. I want to feel his love and joy. I've lost my way and I need guidance to find my way.

Gods word should be sealed In all of us!! we keep our love going Thur life by his imagine he is awesome. I love to read the book and somehow the easiest passages i don’t get but today my whole life has changed my relationship with God forever. I’ve realized that you can’t judge and not be judged and thats probably why Jesus died on the cross for us letting us not worry about life but to let us know he is real and living in us.
