in this video, I would like to clear the picture to the people who have some sort of grievance with the police and the police take actions against any person who has no complaint in the police station, or if any complaint has been lodged , then the complaint is not in the ambient of cognizable offence and the police cannot arrest or call upon any person to attend any type of enquiry in the police station. If such act happens against you or any other person or any other person from the locality, then you can directly move into the High Court and move in harassment against him in which the honourable High Court Judge would direct the other party along with the station house officer Sho that no illegal harassment should be caused against the petitioner. This petition can be filed under section 199 of the constitution of Pakistan 1973, and if still the station house officer, SHO do not act upon the direction of the honourable, High Court, then you can move a petition for contempt of court in which the delinquent person would be called upon personally along with the police officials and you are all of the metric can be resolved. This is great tactic to deal with the highhandedness of the police.
