There is more information on google And my genetic knowledge is all from a game called Horse Reality,which I reccomend

I tried to get the swem mod 1.20.1 despite it only available for neoforge and I used forge as all the other mods I was using was in forge. However, my game kept crashing because I don't think neoforge mods work with forge.

I think you should try the better cats and better dogs original resorce packs! there's also a better farm animals one and its PERFECT!. if you're in forge you should have optifine and eneable custom and random entities. the only detail is that xaero's minimap makes the animals look like sticks,so its not compatible. but Voxelmap is an alternative :))

So, something I wanted to add: Horses can have two base colours. EE or Ee, that's black or ee that's red. Horses need to be black, so have at least one capital E for the agouti Gene to show. It doesn't show up on a red horse. It also doesn't matter if the horse has two capital A's, that basically just means the foal will definitely have at least one capital A, the appearance stays the same with two capital A's. A stands for bay horse. Grey goes over everything, but I think you now that already. The Cream Gene also only shows up on a red horse, so ee, or a brown horse, for example Ee Aa. It doesn't show on a completely black horse. :)

hey jd!! im just downloading all these mods to my world now, but it appears that the swem equestrian mod will not go in the same profile/folder as the doggy talents mod and many others. the most newest version of swem is 1.20.1 but is unfortunately only useable with other mods from NEOFORGE. doggy talents mod (1.20.1-the newest) is only useable with other mods from FORGE. please help!
Btw, the Giant Stick accessory that you are using kinda messes with the other dog models lol (it'll be fixed in the later updoots). You could take them off at the Style/Accessory tab and you're good to go!

One way I test speed is to use a track like you have and count how many times the head bobs from start to finish. More bobs=faster

Which one? The one with realistic looking horses is called star worm equestrian mod, the genetic vanilla horses is Realistic Horse Genetics
