You forgot in LCS the Cab company is named Mean Street Taxis, and the special taxi you unlock is the Bickle'76
Both references to Martin Scorsese's Mean Street and Taxi Driver movies
Also the Dragon Jumpsuit unlocked after the mission Crazy 69 is a reference to Kill Bill and Game of Dеаth
I'm pretty sure there's a lot more, two examples from GTA 5:
1. Michael pulled down that hillside house the tennis coach fled to, like Riggs pulled down the bad guys' place in Lethal Weapon 2
2. The armored van heist (Blitz Play?) was set up just like the begining of the movie "Heat": blocking the route of the van, then ramming it from the side.
In V there are some pickups (This is a reference to the movie "This is not a world for old people") It's near the military base.

You forgot to mention the top fun van in vice city that you use in the mission "Demolition Man"
I knew this would be it. Vice City is easily inspired by Scarface, esp. The final mission.

The Lost reference is also a huge reference to GTA IV, if you come closer to the hatch, you can hear taps which are Morse code saying something about bowling. Maybe they replaced Desmond by Roman because Niko was angry at his calls 😂

Deep inside mission is probably my favorite mission in gta 5 because of the aston martin db5 from james bond and gadgets you use during the chase sequences in the mission and also the ejector seat reminding me of that scene from goldfinger which is my favorite bond movie of the franchise.

Toyz'n the hood can be a reference to another game, Re-Volt
Because that game had its first track called Toys In the hood, it is probably not by an accident that the inscription on the RC Van is written on it, since in Re-Volt also had to go by remote controlled cars.
I think Re-Volt inspired all RC missions in GTA, driving an RC car is in similar style to driving a car in Re-Volt.

In gta5 there’s also a strong reference to F&F. The Hookies restaurant is a reference to the Neptune’s Net in the fast and the furious scene where dom and Brian sit and have a drink and a convo
“Brown Streak Returns” could also be “Superman Returns” since when Superman flies fast he’s sometimes shown as just a blue streak in the sky.

You forgot the male pedestrian of GTA San Andreas who is inspired from "Tre" in Boyz n the Hood.
Some of them are spoken lines. The taxi drivers will say "You talkin' to me?" From GTA 3
And the Leones are kinda named after the Corleones.
and Joey Leone is based on Michael Corleone
the Cobra Marital Arts from San Adreas is reference to Cobra Kai from Karate Kid series
the yellow SUV Jimmy gets in GTA 5 is a reference to the sopranos when Tony buys one for his son AJ (same color too)
in Gta 3 when the triads want to kill you they will say "you feel lucky punk?" which is a reference to Dirty Harry its one of Clint Eastwoods most iconic lines

in GTA Vice City Ken Rosenberg looks exactly like Sean Penn's character David Kleinfeld in Carlito's Way.
08:39 the vehicle is an AMC Pacer in the movie "Wayne's World". That's how I guess it got the name Rhapsody when it came to GTA.
