Sometimes the seller removes the new product from the box and replaces it with the refurbished or the display unit and the tv remote is great example of the same scenario
I too bought the same under 15k last month. I would like to add that the remote voice assistant is working you just need to add the remote again with the tv from connect devices. While connecting the remote, press ok and volume + button together untill Tv searches for the remote.

I am using the sony 65 inch tv , bought 7 years ago.still unbeatable interms of picture quality.
An uncle of mine bought a Kodak TV a couple of years back, the TV is fine for the price but the after-sales service is horrible. The remote went bad after 6 months, and it took them 20 days to deliver a new remote, that also in a city like Delhi. This brand can't even serve Tier 1 cities properly, for ROI it is going to be a mess.

Bhai mera to TCL ka Android “40” 3.5years pehele liya thaa. 8months ke bad remote bigaad gaya. Aaj tak tv ka remote company wale nehi de paye mere ko🙂

I think there are many compatible remotes available in local shop. That should do the job. My kid broke the lg magic remote which is very good in quality. So i have got a local 150 rs remote now.
I've purchased 7xpro in last year BBD and the product i received is awesome and i was little concerned about the remote coz there was many people who were saying that remote will not last more than 6 months but my remote and tv both are working 👍
In my model Netflix is not supported
And my voice search with remote is working great

@@shreyashchaudhari6483 you can but if you can increase your budget a little bit then go with a good brand kyuki luckily mere tv me koi problem nahi aya lekin ye brand aisa hai ki chala to chand tak warna sham tak. Agar budget nahi increase kar sakte to lelo bas instalation wale se box open karana aur har chiz achese check kar lena like both the speakers remote and voice search.

Note: OnePlus has stopped their TV business in India. So agar koi TV unki mil rahi hain to wo bs stock clearance k liye hain uspe support NAHI milega. So I would recommend koi OnePlus ki TVs na le

I think that voice assistant will work only when the remote is paired to the TV via bluetooth as your voice will be transferred to the TV via bluetooth. Please check if the remote is paired to the TV or not.

I bought kevin 43 inch full HD smart tv and instaalled fire stick on it. Been using it for 5 year no complaint yet. Picture Quality is very good. Only issue is with remote Quality, it can improved a lot

VU is a good television company, been using a 40 inch VU full HD smart TV that I bought for 28k back in 2016.. Still works perfectly! But after 7 years maybe it's time for an upgrade, but I'll definitely not hesitate to buy a VU television again!

No bro regarding the remote you will have to setup using Bluetooth menu then only you will be able to use voice assistant
These tvs are not from the original Kodak, Thomson, or Westinghouse brands. Indian manufacturers have obtained licenses to use these brand names and started making TVs under them. These TVs have no direct connection to the original companies. Thomson, Kodak and Westinghouse and there are some more brands which are manufactured by the same company in India.

Bro I bought a Thomson tv at a similar price point and my tv is an exact copy of your tv. The positioning of all the ports are same. Even the tv remote is exactly same. I noticed in your video that a red led is glowing on your remote while pressing a button. This red LED indicates that the remote is not paired correctly and hence the voice assistant is not working. I also faced similar issue with my remote so i paired my remote again and a green LED started to glow indicating proper pairing of remote. This way voice assistant started working properly

i recently bought hisense 43 inch 4k qled 120 hz tv for 23k during amazon sale, it has good panel even for gaming its good due to high refresh rate. its still available for 25k if u wanna check.

9 years ago dad bought 42 inch LED TV from LG for 42k rs and now TV's have become a lot cheaper.
That's nothing I bought Samsung 3d TV for 100000 and the picture quality is incomparable but it's screen got damaged 3months ago

I purchased last year a Kodak 55 inch 4k tv. I was excellent 👍 and work only 8 months after 8 months the Tv panel shows some dead line. After that I rise a complaint about it. And their technician said it was panel problem. We will give you a display replacement in 30 days. But after 60 days there is no response from Kodak side. I call on customer care number. And after that they said we will not give any replacement and your case is closed 😢 i asked him why my case is closed he said. Display have dust issue Not panel issue we will not give any replacement of it. But technician clearly said it was panel line issue. But my case is closed now but they don't want to give any replacement. And tv is useless 😞 now.

Bt mera dost local tv liya tha 40inch ka uska 4 years hoo gaya sala abhi tak kuch nahi hua hai aur mera 2 years hi pahlar kharida tha... Bs tb se mai samjha local jyada chalta hai.... Yeh misconception nahi hai bhai... Mai dekh chuka hoon.. Aapkae pass agar led tv hoo toh agar kabhi kharab hoo jaye phir company walae se service lena tb dekhna sala itna paisa mangta hai jaise free me aaya hoon.. Aur usme bhi sirf 1 month warranty.. Tb se mainie company wala ko bulana hi choor diya.. Same yehi chiz mere induction ke sath bhi hua tha... 1600 rs mangta hai board change karne ka mainie karwa liya phir 4-5 months kharab hoo gaya.. Phir main dukan gaya aur rs250 mai banwaya 1 month se toh thik chal raha hai... Par joo bhi hoo.. Main brand taraf se service ab nahi leta jb tak waranty me na hoon....

I want to share this...that I am using a lg 43 inch tv since last 6 months..and its overall picture and performance is just wow..
I suggest that if you want a tv to run it for High usage of 5 to 6 hrs go for a good brand because the perfection comes with them is too good..

Had very bad experience with Kodak, 43 inches last year. The video quality wasn’t that good, it was too dark and the settings were unable to fix it. We returned it right away.
