    Thanks for the demonstration . My grandparents were Cherokee as well and African American. They use to give me sassafras tea when I was a child.

    My Great Grandmother used to love seeing me show up on her porch, because I must have been her only Grandson who enjoyed Sassafras tea. She'd go running for the teapot as soon as I was in her home! Thank you so much Onita!

    Yellow root is apparently GOLDENSEAL ROOT.

    I once used white bark camomile and ? One other for gum/ tooth pain however I can’t remember the third tea. If you know please share on a video 🙏❤️
