He teched the knockdown then got hit with a meaty ultra because he was mashing his own ultra. If he didn't tech the knockdown, Ryu could have done a reversal ultra and probably traded with Guile.

if you see the input from Kawa, his trying to ultra on wake-up but i don't its possible as ACE's ultra is already out there.
